As a newbie firstly you have to make post in various Eco. and in starting you can join bounties there you will earn tokens which you can convert easily. in that you have to share things on social media. And now a days there is also signature campaign for newfie also. If you want to earn more than approach some campaign manager if they will trust you that you will get work like making spreadsheet.
