Roughly when does the ICO end and roughly how many is a "few weeks" because afaik most campaigns send the money pretty much quickly after the campaign ends

Spam does not matter, for a spam ban can get any member. Newbie do not take, because the signature of the newbie is very short and has little information. But some projects take newbie to the company.
