I am not genius. But if I have 12 bitcoin then I will go for hold at current position of bitcoin. After increase in price I will go for sale one by one. I will sale one coin at every increase and repurchase at dip.

You should wait for the better times of BTC. If I had 12 Bitcoins I would never sell it lower than 20K$ per BTC as I believe it will be back to it. Just hold.... Thats my opinion
