I think this will be after the completion of ICO, because the opening of the park is quite an expensive event.
If you look at the road map, you can see there that an entire network of parks is planned to open after ICO. Not one or two. |

This was planned to be done within two months. Apparently the deadline has not yet passed. To open and develop parks it takes time and money. I think a lot of things will depend from the sum of collected money. More money - soon spead of starting the park and more opportunities. |

In terms of marketing, developers do everything right - attend conferences, advertise themselves and their project. I think they have every chance to create their own recognizable brand. |
