Hey guys, I've decided to ask you - what whould you do in this problemmatic situation?

Suppose you have some bitcoins (let's say 22) and you bought them / got them a few years ago very cheap, and now you see it's price and.... what to do?!! Will you take the profit and go away, or sit and hold further? Suppose you're not going to buy more. But when to sell?

Yes i will do that. I will sell it half it means 11 bitcoin for my daily need.
The half i will split again into 10 pieces and i will buy promissing altcoin like etherium and hold it.

me myself think this is the best time to sell your bitcoin. you might consider to invest in altcoin instead than bitcoin. cause bitcoin is not an company. what bitcoin do is for helping transaction and seems its fail cause bitcoin transaction fee is so high rather than other coins such as ripple and XLM. im afraid soon bitcoin bubble will pop. thats the reasons why you must sell it now. there is alot more reason to sell it and invest to altcoins. the decisions in yours hand and the risk is yours. its true there might be a chance for bitcoin to increasing but i dont want take such risk.

A true bitcoiner will never sell his bitcoin if he truly thinks that bitcoin is the future currency. If you have bought a few bitcoins some years ago you are already in good profit just because you believed on the concept. So if you are ready to sell it off then be ready to lose the price increase in future.

I will choose to hold the bitcoin and not to sell now. I feel that Bitcoin has the potential to reach much higher price. I will not sell for anything under $100,000.

My dear friend, you can record profits at different levels, for example every 10 thousand dollars bitcoin- sell their part, for 10 000, 20 000, 30 000 and so on, and you can wait 50 000 and there to sell half and half for 100 000, all have different strategies.

I would have sold a third of the bitcoins in order to improve my well-being. a third of the bitcoins I would have invested in business in real life in order to receive money. The remaining third would have left to grow further.

There is nothing wrong in booking your profits and holding a few coins for the future, make sure you are able to diversify your investment to other potential projects where you could multiply your assets rather than just holding it without doing anything,i cannot understand what is this big dilemma with you . Tongue Just learn how to be successful in trading rather than holding it without doing anything.

no need to hurry
with the dumping and pimpong it will not affect the price of bitcoin, if you really look at bitcoin then you will hold it at this time and not rush to sell it
wait for the right momentum then sell all your bitcoin

I prefer to take profit from the investment and keep the initial investment on Bitcoin, or probably I would add some Bitcoins more to the initial investment. Personally, if we really well-understood Bitcoin and knowing the potential Bitcoin. I believe we should keep throwing our money to Bitcoin.

It depends on whether the person need to use money at the moment and whether he/she believe that the price will rise in the future. For me, I will hold the 22 bitcoin and only sell the amount I need to use.

i agree with you. you can trade btc for altcoin to increase our bitcoin. or you can invest ico. so your bitcoin more increased.

If you have kept them for several years, then there is no need for panic.
My advice is not to sell them now. Just wait and soon you will not regret it.

That method is fool-proof. I always used that strategy. I booked my profits when bitcoin reaches $18.700 last year and take my profits and keep my initial capital intact. And it looks like another buying spree that we are seeing, so I might as well buy bitcoin tonight.

me myself think this is the best time to sell your bitcoin. you might consider to invest in altcoin instead than bitcoin. cause bitcoin is not an company. what bitcoin do is for helping transaction and seems its fail cause bitcoin transaction fee is so high rather than other coins such as ripple and XLM. im afraid soon bitcoin bubble will pop. thats the reasons why you must sell it now. there is alot more reason to sell it and invest to altcoins. the decisions in yours hand and the risk is yours. its true there might be a chance for bitcoin to increasing but i dont want take such risk.

Why sell now when the price is dipping so fast? But altcoin is also suffering? If you really want to sell, then just dump a few. There's no need to dump them all at this current price. As far as altcoins, yes, I would agree that is good as a investment, but I wouldn't shift around my funds to it. Altcoins is much volatile as bitcoin, and I wouldn't risk to invest it today. I would rather wait and see how thing's will be in the next days to come.

Some people will never listen to you because they always try to chase quick profit. This is the worst thing actually, people should know how to hold their bitcoin without selling and trading.

You are not working or developing or anything, so you will be profited, holding will gives you more profit, presently the price of Bitcoin is in Dump, but it will pump 4 times more than the dump.

Most of the people have some budget, so they fix nad once the price reaches withdraw it, never be lazy to keep for more profits.

Dont forget to always take some profit, dont let the greed control us. Atleast cash out your initial capital Grin

I personally will cashout some and some more profit to enjoy and will hold the rest of it if there is no emergency need. I prefer to go big or go home than enjoying some pennies  Tongue

I think it all depends on the personal situation.
When the amount of money you can earn with selling all your bitcoins is enought to give you a decent rest of your life, there is nothing wrong about that.
That amount is depending on many factors, like your personla life style or the country you are living in.
But when the amount you get only brings you half the road, I would think twice about it.

Maybe if the bitcoin changes from time to time have not been able to go up I will soon sell them to earn money and try to find another altcoin that has a movement fast enough to gain profit and be able to cover up the previous loss.

Bitcoin is the best investment and it is very much unlikely to happen that it won’t gain value from time to time, at least not in the near future. It is the best of the best when comes to giving profit to its investor. No other crypto coin has helped as many people financially as bitcoin has. However, I would suggest you to invest in Ethereum and ripple also. This is the right time to get benefit out of those two.
