I would not go for the real estate unless there is any good opportunity and if I am getting the property at below-market prices, as the great investor from Robert Kiyosaki says, you earn the profit while purchasing and not while selling when it comes to the real estate market. If I am not investing in cryptocurrency then I would go with companies operating in the manufacturing business, I would diversify my capital among small-cap and mid-cap companies because such companies have the highest chances of growing as compared to that of large companies.

Yeah I read his books as well, the problem is that if you are not really looking you are not going to find the few good opportunities that come up in the market, I'm not an expert in real estate or anything but the same logic that applies to bitcoin applies to real estate, you may think that the price of bitcoin is too high and not bother anymore to buy it but if you have that mentality you will never be able to take advantage of the few times in which the price goes very low.

This does not matter for investors to invest anywhere, an investor will smartly choose what projects will develop in the future, whether it is a cryptocurrency that has been running as well as ico projects.
Choosing a good project will show how the team works on a regular basis with the support of a great adviser, especially if the company already has many business partners already in operation.

I am into investing in crypto currency most especially in Bitcoin. I'm very happy with my investments in disruptive technology. Aside from cryptocurrencies, i've also invested in an Uber car franchise. Basically, i bought 2 cars, and hired 2 drivers to drive them around. I get just enough to pay the monthly mortgages but in 3 years time, the cars will be fully paid and i will have the car's value for free, of course the Uber franchise can still continue after that and still earn passive monthly income.

That's a very good idea to invest another investment that is quite stable, because bitcoin is very volatile as of now transportation business is a good business because it is stable, aside from transportation business you should invest real state or properties because you should put your business in stable ground.

I am using the opportunity of having some savings so I can use it to some investments in the future. One of the things I want to invest in is the real estate where in experienced investors really suggest it to people who want to invest on something. Another one is metals including Gold, don't know how to invest on that and I am still far from investing on those.

Beside Cryptocurrencies , I invest in gold and property. They are profitable.

Actually, there are a lot of ways to invest as we want a great amount of profit to sustain our financial aspects in life. I would say a great to invest is to have a business establishments like convince store since most of us want a basic needs for our daily consumptions. Likewise, a business which can be demand in our society that can be more reliable and easier to those people around us in our community.

Besides crypto currency, you can invest in any asset having good price stability in the market. Good price stability means good future return. Besides, the factors of liquidity of an asset should also be kept in mind. I you want to invest in bonds issued by a company, do check their default risk. Investing some money in real estate and property gives great future percent benefits.

Personally, aside from crypto currencies, i also invest on stocks. I invested on stocks long ago and it has been great to me. Now I'm also looking into real estates and lands that i can develop and leased so I'll have a bit of passive income on the side. I also have stakes on one or two businesses that i hope will rise up in the next quarter. All the capital for all of these stemed fron crytpo currencies.

Yes, me also if cryptocurrency does not exist i would definitely invest on house and lot. Because i know that it will not depreciate as time goes by, it rather appreciate and you can have profit if you can decide that you will sell it

I can think of no better asset to own during any kind of financial crisis than farmland or investing in agriculture stocks.
