A glass of hot milk or cocoa, taken just before retiring, often will have the relaxing  effect. I always try it when in stress.

Hello everyone,
I'm very stressed now and I dont know how to make myself relax and feels better. So I wonder to know that When you are stressed, what do you do to relax ?
Stress is caused by various factors. But the main factor is too much trouble in the family and finances.
I suggest you go on holiday to the tourist attractions to entertain your mind and heart to escape the problems that burden you. But if you do not have a fee for a vacation you simply go to your friends house and tell jokes with your friends it will be a little more help.

Sleeping upon a hard bed without any pillow sometimes produces the desired effect. Always have plenty of fresh air in the room.

If I stress, usually I will take the time to just hang out with my best friends or my partner, and tells what we feel to them which we believe will make our feelings better.

I prefer to go to the forest and mountain or the hill, going camping there. Be alone and listening to music and enjoying the smell of marijuana

Close the right nostril and take four deep breaths through the left one. Repeat this about four times and you will feel relaxed.

Meditation really works for me. At first I was skeptical, but I found myself calmer in between sessions. I also use apps that help me meditate. Some good examples are Calm and Headspace. And now I’m looking to invest in a virtual reality headset to up my meditation practices. According to an article I just read, meditation via VR is not only a flexible and customizable way to relax, but it can be magical too, as it opens up new worlds before your eyes. Sounds interesting, right? Here's a link:

Never take any sleeping powders or tablets except upon the advice of a physician, for they usually contain drugs that will injure the heart.

You will find that you will meet a number of men who are nervous, which means they have not control of their nerves, but let them run away with them.

Caffeine. Perhaps as time goes by your body is not as adjusted to taking caffeine as it used to be. Cut out the caffeine (and possibly chocolate too) for a few days and see if that helps.

This can get your resting heart rate up, even an hour or two later, and prevent your falling asleep. So try exercising earlier in the day.

Just have the sleep required by your body. Ignoring this causes serious health problems.
