All these forks. How many Bitcoin forks are there? What's next? Bitcoin Button, Bitcoin Hip, Bitcoin cool?

I'm thinking maybe I should change a couple of lines of Bitcoin and create my own fork.

I see so this bitcoin atom hasn't actually forked yet? It is more in the preparation stage of being forked?

I guess that could help with building interest before going through with the fork. Probably early 2018 I guess we should expect it to occur.

You're right, fork didn't take place yet. ETA is late December for now, but we are yet to announce exact block number. Please stay tuned Wink

Same thing as with ICOs, you need to be looking at the benefits of the project. Whether there are some features that can be of any use for the community or not. Many forks are just useless. This fork offers something innovative, that's why I like it. It's essential devs manage to make it happen, but so far so good

I tend to agree with you. I did a lot of research about this project and it seems solid to me. Only time will tell though
