I have been sent small EMS packages from Southeast Asia before. USPS delivers them once in the US. They take about a week but I never have the ability to track mine. Not sure if it's an option or not available. Rates appear to be more reasonable.

Am not sure if you remember, but somewhere on the klondike thread Chris suggested that a K1 (chipless) could be used to interface between usb and k16`s. I like this idea of reducing the k16 workload with a K1. Would you give some thought to a short production run for chipless K1's. Am not sure what the demand would be but am sure there would also be demand for diyer`s with a few chips left from their orders also. Good Luck, I maybe ordering a few complete miners once the chips come in.. Edit : Just had a browse of the site, added a miner as it was priced at 0 BTC shipping was 0 BTC. I then increased it to 100 miners still 0 BTC. Was tempted to try the rest of the checkout process

We are definitely still working on the shipping. At this point we need to finalize which countries we actually are able to ship these units to from our drop site. Others will have to be delivered direct from Batam using more expensive means. The website will indicate that at the time you order. After we resolve that then we can release the site again so that people can order. Our plan is to have a single drop ship location and from that location ship on worldwide. Fingers are crossed of course for chips. Yes if you want to DIY please please please CHECK OUT BKKCoins offers here: http://klondikedesign.comAlso if you need some DIY pointers... check this out as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=227186.0Hey Kev? Is your offer still good "Pay for K1 Fabrication in chips, 1 for 1": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=257666.0

Big Picture Mining Cooperative is close to a prototype for a USB hub that when ready should be something that we can bundle and put together with K1s or be sold as single units for anyone needing something with ample power and slots.
Soon as we have prototype testing we will will release more details on the hub. Suffice to say we are looking to solve the issue with Raspberry Pi, and sufficent number of ports for the Klondike 1 Nano v 0.2.2. with alternate configuration that BKKCoins has discussed on the K1 thread. We are going to test it with multiple K1s, BE's and eventually any other USB miners which would be another BPMC sales thread entirely.

The members of the Cooperative have decided the lower the price of our K1 Nano's to $49.99 per unit. NEW
No special lot prices will be available just one price.
Those interested in larger lots of 1000+ can be discussed but available only in October. We are still waiting on Avalon Chips as is everyone else. Fingers crossed our earlier chips arrive soon.

Always been in the race and now we are priced pretty competitively given the options... unfortunately Avalon chips need to keep pace with our fabrication timeline... for everyone's fabrication timeline. Sitting and waiting is the game now for pretty much everyone doing Klondike products. The line we are using rated that 3000 units per day could be done. So our small batch to start with would be done in a matter of hours. Come on AVALON SHIP OUR CHIPS!

Agreed. But assuming delivery in the next month or two, and overclocking, you can get your cost covered in 90 days or so of mining. Much more appealing!

Yes I hope so. We want to get these out to the market asap. Our members are really excited to get these K1s into peoples hands and our own hands to see what they can do. Personally working with one of our members now on a USB hub that will be great add on for those going with USB miners. Eventually we will release the hub in 2014 as an Open Source Hardware as well. So many great projects coming out of Big Picture Mining Cooperative. We hope to see more projects from the community we can also support. This is not a one off prospect for us we are looking longer term and diversifying our offerings.
