 We guess you probably wondered why our sign is a dog, and why our project’s name is “Sharpay”. It’s time to tell you all about.
The project itself has a large background and prehistory! A few years ago when we just started creating it we called our project “Multishare”. That name was chosen due to the main function of the project — Multi+sharing (an ability to share content to several social networks in just one click).
Later on when blockchain technologies started gaining huge popularity, and tokenization appeared and became trendy; we decided to add another part, an extra word explaining other main feature of the project — token payment for sharing. Thus, the first four letters of our project’s name are based on the verb “share”, and the last three ones — come from the verb “pay”. Putting them all together, we get — “Sharpay”: share and pay in one word.
Since this word is consonant with the breed of dogs shar-pei in many languages, we took our decision to select shar-pei dog as our symbol and Sharpay is our project’s name.

Hi, I was happy to buy SHRP. But is it normal that amount of ETH I payed you are gone from the address generated on your https://sale.sharpay.io webpage  There are still SHRP I bought on this webpage but ETH disappeared after few hours from the address I sent it to (buying other ico's I could see ETH till the moment of ICO's distribution). I understand that "sale.sharpay.io" is not a wallet and SHRP I can see there are not the real ICO but it is just for informational reasons how many SHRP we have - right? Regards |

🔹2018: After Token Sale is over we will withdraw tokens of the project to biggest international crypto-exchanges; we will also work more to refine the main functionality of the product as well as develop Sharpay share buttons for mobile apps; we plan further promotion and sales in Europe and Asia; we will do our bests to transfer an international patent PCT-priority to national and local patenting phases;
🔹2019: Next we plan to launch our proper blockchain, more fast and economical; then we are going to execute migration of tokens from ERC20 to the our blockchain; we will also adapt the project to the requirements of national regulators; we will extend our business to United States, Canada and Latin America markets;

 I am always surprised when the discussion starts whether there is a need for a blockchain or not. I believe that the blockchain is needed EVERYWHERE, this is a new era of digital technologies, a new era for the entire Internet network! The more projects will join blockchain — the more valid all the information on the Internet will be. In our case:
Stage 1 — emission on Ethereum according to the ERC20 standard of the required volume of tokens for free sale, provision of the internal economy of the project, and for distribution among users for multisharing and promotion of content — the blockchain is used as a financial register.
Stage 2 — to increase the throughput and reduce commissions, the development and launching of an independent decentralized blockchain — the blockchain is used to issue, distribute tokens between sites and users for social activity, and to store information.
Starting from the second stage, the income from the blockchain will be received not only by users, but also by sites for buttons installed.

 Every day we get a lot of questions from you. Some of these questions are very important. That is why we are posting the answers to the most important questions here.
🔸Question 1:
Your White Paper says that your Token Sale period is: from March 1 till May 31, 2018 (with an option to prolong Token Sale). - Is the deadline still the same or you are going to extend the Token Sale period?
🔹Question 2:
According to the White Paper, more than 1/3 tokens will be reserved for the system operations. It is also said that it is planned to "sell tokens from the RESERVE to companies which use Sharpay button to stimulate customers". - In what cases will this reserve be used? What will be the cost of tokens from reserve? This is important for investors, as sales from the reserve can significantly affect the market value of tokens.
🔸Answer 1:
We have a plan to end our Token Sale on May 31, 2018. But we also consider an option to extend. It is not confirmed yet. No final decision is made. We will keep you informed.
🔹Answer 2:
When the Token Sale is completed but the listing on exchanges is not executed yet, if this occurs, tokens can be sold at a nominal price. We take into consideration the project’s features, White Paper and a need of selling tokens to sites from the reserve.
When our tokens are listed on the exchanges, the market price will appear, then tokens will be sold at the market price (in case the price is higher). If the market price is below the nominal value (which is not excluded, taking into account volatility periods), tokens will be sold at the nominal price (which is almost equivalent to the absence of sales from the system, as they can be bought cheaper on the exchanges).
