Sharpay development update: added new features, fixed bugs and improved UI.

We have been developing and improving our Sharpay application to give everyone the best sharing experience and revolutionize the existing social media marketing.

Let us report you some of the new development:

1) Added token reward history on Wallet page. We have updated “Tokens Available” (Green section) and “Tokens under review” (Yellow section) on Wallet page, you are now able to see the detailed breakdown of token rewards and expenses on https://app.sharpay.io/profile/wallet.

2) Fixed blank transactions error. Not all types of transactions were displayed in user’s wallet before, and because of that, some users might encounter blank transactions (transaction notifications with no information). We have fixed it and now you can see different detailed transactions.

3) Fixed Facebook page email error. If you want to link your Facebook page to your account, by linking Facebook page we will automatically get your email address and update your profile. We have fixed an internal error that occurred when you refused to give us your Facebook email address.

4) Checked Facebook page API. Facebook released a new version of API for Facebook page, and we had to work on the permission to post content on page’s feed. Now, you can share content on your Facebook (Blue icon) and your Facebook Page (Red icon) that you manage.

5) Checked compatibility of our plugin in WordPress 5.0. WordPress 5.0 is scheduled to be released on November 19, we have tested the compatibility of our Sharpay plugin. You can install our plugin in 3.5 or higher version of WordPress.

We have also improved our application UI (user interface) if you may have noticed. For example, we have changed the token currency with our smart “S” logo on the top menu, improved the design of user’s token balance and table.

Dear Sharpay S Token Holders!

Now CoinMarketCap displays incorrect price of S token due to its temporary disconnection with SIMEX exchange.

Some of you might have noticed that yesterday, the price of our S token allegedly fell by more than 20% on CoinMarketCap (CMC).

However, it is not updated and accurate. We have found that our S token price from SIMEX is not updated on CMC and the last price update is more than 31 hours old. The price of our S token and trading volume are stable and at a good level. You can see this for yourself on SIMEX exchange https://simex.global/en/exchange/s/eth.

In fact, there is clearly some problem connecting data between SIMEX and CMC. For some reason, CMC does not update the price of our S token and trading volume from this exchange.

Do not worry, keep calm. We hope that the problem will be solved soon and the data from the SIMEX exchange on CMC will be shown up correctly.

Team almost 6 months passed u still didnt have any exchange to list the coin. Is ıt your "big effort and pan" to not list at any normal exchange? Do not mention about idex as exchange listing. Its very easy place to list the coins, all new erc20 tokens can be listed at there easily. And  its etherwallet based new born place. So where is your real exhange listings as u promised around one years ago? do not try to look CMC web site details like amateur traders, focus on ur real listing!!!

Dear Sharpay S Token Holders!

Now our price of S token is showing correctly (+more than 25%) as CoinMarketCap restored connection with SIMEX exchange.

Before, we have told you that our S token price has allegedly fell by more than 20% on CoinMarketCap (CMC) on Sunday, 11 Nov. The problem was the CMC API disconnection reported by SIMEX exchange.

Luckily, SIMEX has quickly fixed the API connection issue and updated with a new dedicated API link. The trading volume and price of our S token are being sent to CMC again.

We have combined sale.sharpay.io accounts and app.sharpay.io accounts for system optimization.

We are pleased to announced that the sale.sharpay.io and app.sharpay.io accounts have been combined together. We have merged all the duplicate accounts, and transferred all unique accounts from sale.sharpay.io with the balance of S tokens purchased in Token Sale that have not withdrawn, to app.sharpay.io.

Many of our community members had to have two separate accounts in our systems. Before, sale cabinet (sale.sharpay.io) was necessary for us at the Token Sale stage, but now it is only used for token distribution and KYC procedures. The token withdrawal function is already available in our main system (app.sharpay.io), but there was no mechanism for KYC. Therefore, we decided to integrate KYC system from our partner Sum & Substance (S&S) into app.sharpay.io system, and simplify it for our users.

We work with S&S directly for the KYC and integration. We have requested a developer key to access the documentation and test the API. The documentation describes in detail several integration methods and we are able to choose the appropriate method for our system. S&S is very responsive to the work of their system, it has checked and tested the KYC system, and made sure that everything was properly configured before the release of KYC procedure on our app.sharpay.io.

To make sure that Token Sale buyers from sale.sharpay.io can successfully login on app.sharpay.io, we have changed the login form on sale.sharpay.io. When you try to log in on sale.sharpay.io, we will inform you about the combine of accounts and send you an instruction email to login on app.sharpay.io. In addition, we will ask you to update your password and two-factor authentication settings for your account security.

Now, we have transferred all your tokens from sale.sharpay.io that you have purchased in our Token Sale but have not yet withdrawn, to app.sharpay.io and combined them with the token balance that you earned from sharing on app.sharpay.io (if any).

Short easy summary:

1. If you have tokens on sale.sharpay.io but have not yet withdrawn, please log in on sale.sharpay.io or app.sharpay.io using your email and password on sale.sharpay.io.
2. app.sharpay.io will be the only official website that store your tokens (tokens purchased in Token Sale and tokens earned from sharing), but you can always log in via sale.sharpay.io (the old way).
3. If you have 5,000 S tokens on sale.sharpay.io but have not yet withdrawn, and 300 S tokens on app.sharpay.io, now your token balance on app.sharpay.io will be 5,300 S tokens as we have combined them together.
4. If you do not have an account on app.sharpay.io, we have created one for you and you can log in app.sharpay.io using your email and password on sale.sharpay.io.

The procedure for withdrawing tokens remains unchanged. In the “Wallet” section of your account, you need to define the amount of tokens (minimum 350 S tokens) and create a request to withdraw tokens to your personal ETH wallet address. Our system will automatically send you a withdrawal confirmation email, and you need to confirm it in order to withdraw your tokens successfully. After confirming the request within 24 hours, your tokens will be sent to your wallet.

so thats why during last 3 days just 2 trades with 0 volume???  you guys do not cheat people with such exchanges, they have only volume with their known coins and all others are messy coins for them with zero volume. and do not tell us u are working to list on such exchanges. Any paper can be listed on such exchanges...
