Pool pays every 30 mins and after ~ 2hrs blocks mature you contributed. Your balance will be ~ 2.5 hrs behind pool.
Also issue refresh and rescan_bc  in wallet to sync. make sure daemon is connected and synced.

Dero already has good decentralization amongst it's mining pools. When you compare it to other low market cap cryptonight coins like Sumokoin, Fonero, Intensecoin, etc they frequently have 60%+ hash-rate concentrated working at a single pool. This bodes well for the health of the network.

I have the same problem, several deposits, despite long waiting time for confirmation all worked out. But in 2017-01-02 (7:13~7:15PM) i tranfers 319 Dero to stocks wallet and value doesnt apear in my wallet.

Your previous balance too is payed , minimum payment threshold is 4 DERO.
