No body can exactly say which Altcoin you should invest in.Everyone has their own research before making an investment in some Altcoins.But before making an investment they keep following rules in mind.
In my point of view, I think top 2 best altcoins are: ETH and XRP.

In my oppinion, top 2 are :
1. Ripple
Ripple has already attracted millions in venture capital, including from Google Ventures. In contrast to Bitcoin, there is no mining of Ripples. Ripple also is set up as a payment network, not only for Ripple, but for other currencies, and as an automated system for currency trades.
2. Zcash

Waves (more focus on it in the cryptoworld)

Although now there are many good coins that have potential.

appcoins have not yet realized itself as a successful project. Their plus only in is that they are trapped on binance. I would choose Thekey or gladius.
