It depends on your purpose. But for me, i think the best time to buy bitcoin is to wait the value to be low. Then, after you buy, wait for it to go up again. Well at the end of the day, the decision is up to you.

There is no time for investment in bitcoin. It is progressing and no one can predict to which worth it will rise tomorrow. When bitcoin was introduced no one was ready to trust it and buy it only few lucky entered the market and dare to buy it now they are millionaire and are the richest now.
