2018 The year of the altcoin

I tend to consider that 2018 can be the year of altcoins as after the impressive BTC price growth, other coins have to catch up.

I would better say that 2017 was the year of Bitcoin, and 2018 will be the year of Ethereum, DASH and NEO. I am more than sure that these cryptocurrencies will start their race with the fastest speed that they can show.

Yes, this is the year of the altcoin and survival of the fittest as the mass adoption takes place, significant increase in precautionary measure regarding crypto regulation strengthen, and only the altcoin who is willing to obey obsolete rules and decentralize one will surely surive.

And PINCOIN is I'm sure , one of that. They are copliant against state regulation and has a legal advisor for such preventive measure.

Agree, year 2017 was year of bitcoin, 2018 will be the altcoin year cuz we see that in last months Ethereum popularity grows rapidly. Also other altcoins are used more and more.

I also think that many people will pay their attention to altcoins next year. Trading with them gives sometimes the bigger profits that the same operations with Bitcoin.

If those altcoins' prices wont be affected by bitcoin, then it is possible. Like if the price of bitcoin price decreases, altcoin's price will increase not because bitcoin is sinking but due to demand.
But i am not certain about it.

I see that many people calculate price of their altcoins in USD. I'm not sure if this is correct.

Maybe its alts year,or might be the most painful year in traders because i heard 95% of alts wont have value.

We need arguments why Only because you hold them it's not enough. I thin we must look on infrastructure projects for blockchain 3.0 generation in 2018

Altcoins is part of cryptocurrency which means this is also our future. Make your own study about it and you will realize how great the project is with a good foundation.

i think we have to wait till march before an alt season, meanwhile we will see some sporadic alt take off, some corrections eccbut the party will start late

i only believe in BTC..
alt i use only for short n mid term trading.
x10 or x100 without data and big good news only a dream for alt coin

I also believe in BTC, but recently, a lot of altcoins that forked from the bitcoin are destroyint the BTC. The price is really and plenty of altcoins are falling.

Im excited as heck for 2018. So many dapps are scheduled for release sometime next year that right now i'm just hoping that bitcoin and ethereum manage to find quick and good scaling solutions to support all the adoption that will flood the crypto gates!

Wow, it's so amazing and tremendous feeling if it might happened. Well, as of this year performance of the different crypto some of them become successful which makes everyone happy as they eared a profitable income. Hopefully soon by next year as the bitcoin become popular also the altcoins which will depends on the different ICO project will become successful as many us earned for our needs in our daily life.
