is it possible to training the machine learning model with supervised human data ?

For instance, we could get data from something like UNU[1] and feed a Jupyter Notebook or something ... all open source

Yes indeed this is possible.
At the start AIΞVE does supervised learning and in the mid term she will able to do unsupervised learning.
Users will be able to choose the mode.
