Share price is climbing nicely, in fact there is a pretty thin ceiling at the moment all the way to .0033.

And... we hit it  Smiley

When Ken gets back with info from his eAsic meeting (I'm hoping for proof of NRE being paid), we should see a large part of the risk being taken out of this company and the share price will reflect that.  We're nowhere near the top.

Where do you see the price by end of week ?

What ate your midterm and longterm projections?

Honestly, with NRE being paid, pre-sales income rolling in and .0025 dividend guarantee I don't see why we wouldn't hit .006+ before leveling off without further news.  But after my last estimate was fulfilled so quickly the red devil on my shoulder is telling me to estimate higher.  Wink

It's important for new to Active Mining investors to realize that the value of this company is in what is coming, not in what is being mined/paid in dividends now.  We will be mining on our own chips (16 GH/s ea) and paying dividends on hardware, basically the same model as Asicminer.  The one shining difference is that we actually know who is running this company and can even visit the facility.

Once activemining get approve in btct with IPO price at 0.0025, shares will be level to this price again.

Shares won't be released at .0025 once it is approved.  Ken won't be releasing any more IPO shares without forewarning.  Burnside is going to auto-migrate all existing btct.co shares to the new security and the market will continue.

I am very optimistic for the future of ActiveMining. I think we could hit 0.006 as well, and then once we have the avalons come online, who know how high it could go - and that's before hardware sales come into the picture

Great explanation. I will be reinvesting most of my dividends.

I am all in on AMC-PT, would you divest into ASICminer shares to spread the risk?

I'm a bit annoyed I didn't have internet access when it hit 0.0034 and new walls went up, I would have caught the announcement, sold and bought into the lower prices walls.. oh well, the trick is to not be greedy righ?t?

Speculation like this will damage long term price increases, and damage Kens ability to raise funds via share sales. Hold your damn shares and you will be able to sell a sustainable 10% in a few months for more than you can make flipping them now. Don't shoot yourself in the foot by flooding the market at this stage in the company's development.

I know a lot of people are new to stock exchanges and found about them just because of bitcoin. But what are you saying is utterly moronic. Its PUBLIC "stock" anyone is obligated to do with his shares whatever he wants. Trying to say someone to hold to shares for long run on forums is pointless and naive. Some people dont care if AMC succeed in long run they are here for profit on short term. And if you hate speculators you are just silly because : 1. without them 1/2 of the shares would still be not bought 2. how the fuck do you think price of shares erise or fall, with everybody holding on it ? 3. If AMC cannot handle speculation on market, it clearly isnt supposed to be successful company

When you learn to spell, learn to write grammatically correct sentences, learn the meaning of 'obligated', learn to communicate without telling the other person they are a moron and learn to read between the lines I might pay attention to what you say. Have a nice day.

Once activemining get approve in btct with IPO price at 0.0025, shares will be level to this price again.

Those with existing shares will sell at current higher price (greater 0.0025) then buy the IPO price.
Expect bearish, massive selling to level to 0.0025.

Don't spread FUD!

Sorry and correct me if I'm wrong please, but bold statements like this are very harmful, if they are wrong.

Imho every AMC-PT share will be transfered into ActM-PT shares. No new shares will be issued and once AM-PT (if at all) gets appoved, burnside will do the conversion. This information can be digged up in one of the related ActM threads.

Current btct.co holders can relax, this should happen automatically.

dexX7 you are correct.

All funding is done right now, so don't expect any new shares to be released for the time being. It was very unfortunate that ActM needed simultaneously the cash to pay both the NRE and the ~63 Avalon clones assembly, as everything has to be moving forward at a quick pace.

Once ActiveMining gets approved on BTC-TC, existing AMC-PT shareholders will be automatically converted to it.

We'll be up and down for a while. Lots of people day trading or trying to lock in profits for a portion of their shares. Long term looks solid.

Yeah ActiveMining looks good to go to 0.5BTC per share!

Though this doesnt seem likely, wishful thinking and its good to dream big!

Added some updates to the OP so some dont have to sift through all the pages over the weekend.  Going to be adding more I hope soon.

0.5 * 10,000,000 = 5,000,000
There are ~11,500,000 in existence so not quite.
If you include the company shares its 0.5 * 25,000,000 = 12,500,000
But by then there will be a lot more btc in existence.

The price could even reach 5 BTC/share, but not everyone would get the chance to sell for this price then.. Wink

I dont think one can necessarily tie the share value to BTC in existence as a whole.
