Ideal amounth of money that you will invest is depends on you. If you have lots of money and you're rich , you can invest bitcoin as much as you want. But be careful in investing, you might lose it when you don't know the movement of price.
If you don't have that much money why don't you just invest in some altcoins that you think will fit only your budget.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

There is no specific amount for starting a business. So you should learn how to trade and trade with small initial capital. I think the market is constantly falling as it is now, suitable for buying.

It really depends on your financial situation, your goals, and another personal factors. Would recommend to start with a smaller amont however, and when you are more familiar with the market, increase the size of the investment.

It depends on the total money that you have. To give you a recommendation, the money you invest in crypto should not exceed more than 10% of your total savings. This market is too fragile to invest big amount of money.
You can invest more, but only if you have reliable information about the fact that the price of coins in which you invest will no longer be lowered. But since such information is owned by a very small number of people - this means that investing large amounts is too risky.

I don't think it's important. If you only have a few hundred dollars, you can participate in bitcoin transactions, but then your profits will be lower, and it's better to start with a few thousand dollars.

But you should not start if you have less than $ 300, because you will get a very long time. Start with the amount of money you are willing to lose. Just do not invest the last money.

Definitely do not put ALL IN at once. As a beginner, crypto market may seem to be a very promising, easy fieldground to earn a lot of money, but you can lose a lot too!

If you still beginner in trading, very important to use money williing to lose to start in it, because cryptocurrency is high risk and high profit. Or just use not more than 10% of total your money, because no one can guarantee if you make profit later.

How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!

On my mind if you are beginner it is enough to start with some dozens dollars to see what cryptomarket is about and become more experienced user who is able to earn much bigger money than you have before.

There is no ideal number. You have to start from the sum that will not hurt your budget in case of loose. This sum is different for everyone. Also you can buy Ethereum or Bitcoin for all allocated money for crypto wait for the growth and than sell all of them. it is pretty a good sheme.

Enough to take the trading seriously, but not that much, which would seriously harm you, if you lose it Wink

Agree start investing in  just the money that you can afford to risk and do not use all your savings because it can be a bad move. Your savings will be your fall outs whatever happens you will still be ok because you got your savings.

The amount you can afford lose. Do not trade all your money, since youre new to trading. It should be an experimentation first.

Yes, we will not think of a definite victory because it is not here in the crypto. The risk is high even with a good project because of its volatility. Then we just have to start with the amount we can spend.

Split your money into half and spread the half on Bitcoin and altcoins but having in mind that the market is not stable and can be funny at times. So you need to get your mind and body ready for all situations that can arise.

You have to make the decision yourself. Investing in crypto is not just  a walk over as some people think it is. It takes a lot of courage and good mindset. So if you are investing let it be just a amount you are ready to lose. We are all been hopeful that the market will get better soon but know one know when for sure

I would advise to invest at least $ 300-500.  And I advise you to invest in EOS and ETH now.  The price of these coins is now very low.
A lot of people don't have that much money to just throw around in the market. It's better if they just trade with a few dollars.
