I had 1000 coins on my wallet, but after updating they are not !!!! Although they are displayed in the transaction history. After the launch of smartcashupgrade.bat, they were completely lost.

Can you try webwallet using your private key,if the funds shows there then something went wrong during upgrading of wallet from your end

I recovered with the help of wallet.dat money is again shown in transactions. I'm afraid for the second time to use smartcashupgrade.bat

What is wrong with SmartRewards?  I and a few others I have talked to have NOT received our XMAS smart rewards yet on Dec. 25th.

Someone please let us know what is happening.  Some people receive while a few do not???

Nope I am not an amateur.   It seems some big address were SELECTIVELY chosen to redirect their smartrewards since it is still manually done.  I am owed over 100,000 smart rewards from Dec. 25

Thanks for your help but I think only the dev can fix this issue and I am sure they are busy with the recent problems but its been 2 weeks since we should have gotten paid.

This is one of our investment fund addresses we used to accumulate smart long term.   As you can see a lot of coins were eligible for rewards concluding on the 25th which has still not been paid.   Funds have been sold or moved to different addresses recently as this address is still having problems receiving the due SmartRewards


Is smartRewards broken?  I received it on my small personal address but not on our big fund one.

I can see you got outbound transactions which makes your address not eligible for round 6 smartrewards, check the tool provided on smartcash.cc to see if your account is eligible or not for next round thanks

That is an investment fund account that has in and out, BUT it never changes the "change"    As long as any amount of smart over 1000 is in the address for over 30 days, you will get the reward.  

This address always got paid rewards except for last time all of a sudden.

Please dig deeper and tell the Dev to send the rewards.  Thanks for help

I have asked similar question in discord. You can't withdraw any fund from your address for rewards.

If u move funds, u just have to make sure the change is not sent elsewhere.  Not noob stuff.  Even if that is true.  WHY all of a sudden we did not get funds this round but every other round...even though smart was moved out (with the change still in the address)

Funds have been moved in and out of this investment fund all the time, and every round we received the smart reward, EXCEPT THIS LAST ROUND.   Who deliberately took our reward?

I see no one responding to this issue.  If SmartRewards is not working for even one account, it is corrupted and SMARTcash will lose in the end.

I bought 2000 pounds of smart today on HITBTC, I am unable to withdraw it now for 9 hours. I'm getting a little worried about this as its nearly worth 3000 pounds already. Can anyone put me at ease regarding this site?

Did you talk to the devs to send the smartrewards?

Seeing that my smartrewards is over 2 weeks late.....it wouldn't surprise me.  I am a top 1/10 of 1% users on cryptopia with large volume traded.  Maybe I should let them know how some addresses were cheated from their smartrewards and they should delist it completely like they did B3 for cheating.

No, I've had a deposit missing for over a day now.  Opened up a ticket and still no response. I suspect they are still running on the old client and never bothered to disable deposits.
