i think that once a month it would be enough, and in the absence of news, they(team) could say we are actively working on the project and we will keep you informed as soon as there will be anything relevant...
Some kind of clear information channel need to be established. I see few tweets once in a while but that clearly is not enough. The CEO i think is active in telegram, did anything happen there? CEO is semi-active there, he posts some news from time to time, but dont reads actively and dont answers to every question. Most postings there are some research results from the medical sector, not how eHealth is developing. A CEO isn't supposed to talk to the community unless it is major news but I fear that Nikolay is doing most of the work and there is no clear number 2 who could help him.

That is usually the case but there are some CEOs who are trying to keep in touch with investors but you are right, they should have a proper community manager and the rest should make sure they will keep up with their road map.

is admirable that the ceo tries to keep in touch with users and investors, but maybe it's really time to hire community managers for the forum and for the various social networks...

Any news on the outcome of the supposed PRE-ICO Stage 2 last December 2019? I think it would be good if the team could shed some light with regards to this matter.

I do also hope they will divulge the amount raised during those Pre-sale because I think its an obligation to the community and should create mutual trust as well.

Exactly, at least for now, any issue should be taken to channels like Telegram, there are more chances of these being seen and resolved, but once we finish the end of year recess, we must have some activity here also by the Team

The project has entered a critical state and they need to do something in order to turn things around.

The project has entered a critical state and they need to do something in order to turn things around. Maybe they should consider changing strategies, meet the law requirement and make the tokens an actual security.

There is so much unsecurity about eHealth atm that I wouldnt change to much.
