What is the total current amount that has been raised so far during the PRE ICO Stage 1? Any ideas?

haven't seen anything on their site. would like to know the address as well to see how much was raised.

I think they will collect the biggest amount from private investors. Nowadays is quite difficult to get money from ICO's.

Yes I also think they are looking outside from the cryptoworld. This would explain why they are not active here.

So they are not satisfied with just updates but daily updates.. I guess everyone is getting more used to daily spam updates from crypto projects and expect all of them to do the same

Well this is difficult because many projects' teams just do extremes, I mean spamming everyday or not telling any news for months. However, the thing is to find your golden middle.

The main goals for now  (in this priority) are:

1) MVP - that's what the team is doing
2) making relationships with private investors - that's what Nikolay is doing
3) Good marketing plan - that's what Nikolay is doing
4) ICO

I don't think they're planning to do any health devices, otherwise you're right, milestones would help - the next one is in December, the second stage of pre-ICO.

people's interest are decreasing almost every week. less frequent updates etc. has caused losing the hype about the project.

nobody asks for daily updates especially if there are no relevant news, there are other priorities, but let's say weekly reports on the progress of the project would be welcome...

That is also what I'm hoping for but I guess they will understand that this project encompasses other technologies aside from blockchain and it will take a longer time to develop it accordingly.

Yes an improvement of the communication could be a good thing, at least during find raising phases, where a nice visbility is needed. I also think that we will have to wait a lot before the mvp launch. But at least if there is one it will make investors more confident in the project.
