Should I invest in cryptocurrency and ICOs?

You can invest in both but it states different risk which mean investing in cryptocurrency has lower risk than ICO. Investing in ICO is highly at risk but it is possible if only you confirmed by research if it's a good/legit project then you can invest.

We see many people make tons of money in cryptocurrency, but there are also people losing money.

first you have understood that invest at cryptocurrency and ico have a risk.
But invest at ico have bigger risk than invest at cryptocurrency,because most of icos price down right after hit exchange.some of them can climb back to their ico price and the rest never go back.even ico that reach hard cap cant guarantee will make you rich.
Also if you wanna join ico you need more effort to do your own research about the company and persons that run ico.

Definitely, before you make investment you should know first how risky cryptoworld and ICOs are. Just take some money that you can afford to  lose because you can't sure that you are going to get profit in there. It is true that ICOs are more risky compared to crytocurrency especially now because some of them have problem like it has low allocation yet has a low price, doesn't have exchanger and worse is scam. However, if you check or conduct some research with regards to the persons in that project then your investment will be not in vain.

I don't blame you for having doubts since many recent ICOs end up not doing what their whitepapers say. Although, I'm willing to take my chances on a certain ICO marketplace project called Menlo One. Anyone heard of them before?

Invest in crypto but not with ICO. There was many SCAM project and even if it legit, that project might failed. And just little bit chance for ICO right now to became success.

i think both are worth to invest. IT just depends on the size of the investment, ICO will give you profit in long term but on the other hand cryptocurrency's prices are changes quickly and can give you quicker profit than ICO.

Why not. Investing in cryptocurrency is a great idea and will give you great return in the long run. For me it is a good choice and for ICO's I am much more on participating in bounty campaign for now. If I'm going to participate in other ICO is maybe I'm buying coins for myself to hold which I see the potential of their coins for a short time as I earn less and exchange it as ICO ends.

It's up to you if you want to take your risk because you will be ready on what happen because it is not always positive or you can get your money easily because sometimes you money where going to waste.  If i were you then I invest my coin on the top 10 coin like bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, dash coin, monero, etc. because you can get a small chance that you loss your money.

yes you should, diversifying your wealth investment is a wise thing. But before get in to it be sure that you really know it well anf you really has goal why your doing it. You might also encounter risk from Scam - a really high risk. But as it is said high risk, high profit. Cryptosystem is all about risking money you can afford to lose. Never place any amount if you feel like you don't have enough information about it.
