I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.

I think that can be an example of making a decision in a state of panic will only give regret in the future, but at least you can understand and be more careful in making decisions.

I understand your feelings and I sympathize with it and in order that it does not happen again my suggestion is that you can be more patient and able to assess the market situation and most important of all is you should be able to pick the right coin

This can happen to alot of people and this is a lesson to everyone including myself after waiting and see the market trend goes slightly up and deep down and no good news coming from the project team. If I am in your shoe next time I will stagger the sale at different price from the 15$, 20$, 25$ and leave a small percentage any possibilities.

I think you should set your goals for investing, whether long term or trading. If you decide to trade then decide from the beginning when you will sell it. If after you sell the price up, no need to regret, because it is not your right. You just need to buy and sell it again. I bet the same mistake already made by another people. Frankly, we don't know what will happen with our investment and making such wrong decision is very common to happen.

Just hodl and you won't have this problem. You are chasing gains without knowing TA. If you are an impatient investor, it behooves you to study charts so you can at least buy and sell at calculated times instead of doing it on pure emotion

You at least got away without making any loss, Input=output situation is kind of fine considering some bad financial / investing decisions people make everyday. Patience do matter, if you're not a day trader best thing is buy a coin/token and forget it for at least a YEAR, 3 months, 6 months theories are running out of date now.

What i regret and disappoint is the decisions I never made, Investments I never made. I want so badly to invest but still not putting my self out there. You at least took the first step and you put your self out to the big bad crypto world. you should be proud for that.

Investing and trading , the truth is above all the factors it's all about LUCK FACTOR. I know some may say NO, NEVER, but I have seen my fair share to know it's FACT. If you feel your decision making is bad, follow some LUCKY crypto investors, people who seem to make money from everywhere they go.

Always have an exit strategy. Maybe you can stand to lose 20% before you sell and try to reevaluate where the market is heading. And vice versa if you can feel good about selling a coin that has gone up 3x, maybe leave some coins to see if it rises further, but being ok if you sold at 3x an then later it goes to 10x. There's no need to be so zealous about coin investment. Just know where you're comfortable getting out on both sides.

If you have a chance to take profit a cryptocurrency at 3x value, and as you said, you still feel that coin can increase in the value, you can make a profit 50% that amount or enough the amount you invested. That's my strategy to deal with this case because sometimes, some altcoins won't stop the bullish trend early as you predict. This strategy helps you can evade the situation you miss the chance to sell at high price.
