But how do you protect the givers from fraud?
Anyone can get a telegram acc via an online telephone number and just disappear afterwards.
So how do you protect your users money against this or what compensation would a user recieve from you/the system?

very interesting, we can transfer our money just by using telegram maybe i should try for this one. but can it be used all over the world, or only certain countries? and what about the existing Internet connection constraints, will it be a problem for you and what about the solution?
