From whitepaper (https://firelotto.io/whitepaper_en.pdf)
Quote
- In order to receive commissions, each token holder has to play the lottery. In other
words, each token holder will have to buy a certain number of lottery tickets every
month in order to be able to receive commissions from sales. The number of tickets
and the frequency of purchases are being calculated at the moment and will be
announced later. Given that one lottery ticket costs only 2 U.S. dollars, token holders
will not have to spend a lot of money on buying lottery tickets, and at the same time
this measure will help us solve legal issues and stimulate the lottery.

Can you tell us more about that?

Really inverstors (token holders) will have to buy ("a certain number") tickets and play the game in order to get sales commissions?Huh??

"The number of tickets and the frequency of purchases are being calculated at the moment and will be announced later" - what your calculations say today?

Please give us more light on that.

Guys, it seems Firelotto is caught on scam again...

Recently was exposed that their english speaking chat was full of bots for about 99%, and today one russian guy, scam-fighter caught them in full.

He says that Firelotto CEO states that can cure people from cancer, wtf?
Main project of  Firelotto CEO(icolab.me) itself is fully fake, guys, listed in his team say that they don’t know him (ceo) and ask everybody to keep away from the project.
He was also joined by some guy Prozorov, who failed his own ico, and now they try to get money together.
Btw, they say that even if their ico doesn’t get soft cap, they won’t refund anything back.
Thanks that guy for his research, great job!

Be carefull!

Oh my god, I got wasted again and invested in every ICO I could find... Oh well, I hope you at least get listed on some exchange if nothing else, so my investment wouldn't be a total loss.

You can read the whitepaper No. 23. How do you plan to minimize regulatory risks, especially those related to the Howey Test?
The main difference between the security token and the utility token is that the first one enables its holder to get profit without doing anything. A person can simply buy a token and get dividends. Having analyzed the current international legislation, we adopted a set of measures aimed at making it clear that our tokens should not be classified as security tokens:
- Holders of our tokens will get commissions from sales rather than dividends. This system will be in essence the same as the system of referral payments discussed earlier.
- In order to receive commissions, each token holder has to play the lottery. In other words, each token holder will have to buy a certain number of lottery tickets every month in order to be able to receive commissions from sales. -Together with lawyers and advisors from New York, we are discussing the option of inviting a professional investor to our team. This will enable us to attract funds from U.S. citizens to our ICO in accordance with the rules and requirements established by the SEC and U.S. government.

Yes, I absolutely know that this is in whitepaper (where I found that and from where I quoted that). I would like to hear more on that from Fire Lotto representatives (details, numbers).

According to my observations, in pre ICO to participate more profitable than in the ICO. Also, it will be possible to buy these coins more cheaply on the stock exchange, when the bounties, and after them investors will merge cheaper.

You are repeating yourself (please see post #35 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2579275.msg27044160#msg27044160).

The prize pool of the Fire Lotto lottery is formed from 70% of the funds collected from ticket sales. The minimum size of a guaranteed jackpot is fixed—near 1,000,000 USD for the 6/45 lottery. Distribution of Funds Collected from Lottery Ticket Sales you can read in WHITE PAPER https://firelotto.io/whitepaper_en.pdf

Will you use KYC in the sales process?
Yes. In the near future, we plan to launch a tool that will make it possible to accept non-cash payments using traditional currency. This way of purchasing FLOT tokens requires that we use KYC.

All investors can move FLOT tokens from investors account to ERC-20 Ethereum wallet in the end of ICO.
