Could be mtrlt testing it himself? Or a clever troll. I would imagine that he will have to mine some blocks himself in order to test it out. At the same time I'm hoping he can give us a status update soon  +1 Pls let us know what is the status Mtrlt. Thanks. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I don't have enough GPUs to make a 1BTC donation profitable, but I'm still curious as to how good the GPU miner really is. |

If you read the code you will see what i am talking about. And everyone knows that you need to create the genesis block to start the chain. So i don't think that he did anything wrong. |
