Yes currently only some countries that say seriously to the development of cryptocurrency, Singapore became one of the countries with a degree of freedom in doing various financial transactions. There is not much that other countries can do, as most just stutter negative. Whereas if we consider the project / ico / cryptocurrency many have benefits. I sincerely hope that more and more countries can accept this technological development.

I agree with this one. Japan is one, you may consider China too. With that two powerful country has been in full support of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, having ICO there will be great. But I do not have an idea that they already pass a law about taxing the income in ICO.

I agree with you, as far as I know, Japan is a country that has a policy of opening up to the cryptocurrency and ICO markets. There are a lot of big companies and corporations in Japan that accept payroll and pay employees with crypto, which is a great thing. Japan has always been a national leader in new trends and cryptocurrency also future countries will have to learn how Japan popularizes cryptocurrency.

But you will agree, it is not enough in what countries at the moment the same conditions for crypto-currencies as in Belarus are created, and also that full exemption for 5 years if withdrawing money through exchanges placed in Belarus is important.
