I think it's Singapore. They have many policies for starting a business, they are not strict with cryptocurrency. The next option is Russia and China. Russia supports the use of electronic money and KICKICO assists you in promoting the ICO to people around the world. China has a competitive environment and many talents. Recently they have a lot of ICO projects launched with good ideas.

Hi everyone, what is the best country for making ICO legally? I have heard about Estonia, Switzerland and Singapore. Do you know what tax is required to pay there for founded capital?
If you want to create your own ico, I think you need to consult a lawyer, it is going to be very difficult for you to get a good advice about laws and taxes that you need to pay in a public forum, the best idea is to hire a lawyer or maybe even a team of lawyers, if you are a developer maybe you have some other friends that have created their own coins and you could talk to them as well.

I prefer china, because as we know china has a lot of infrastructure that continues to grow-up and again china has easiness for investors to build their business. I think the future of ICO in china will be easier to grow-up and legally.

Japan and Singapore are most friendly. Also few countries in Europe are ok, but they are known for sudden mind changes.

I think the future of ICO in china will be easier to grow-up and legally. China has a lot of projects with good ideas and their communities are very strong. They have large trading floors and frequently support new projects. The competition in China is huge. I know some successful ICO projects but then the price drops very deep.

I think it's Germany and Japan. Since I have heard information they accept crypto as a property and product of finance and commerce. But there are discussions about the tax laws being introduced. Of course, if it is a bond for purity.

Mauritius is a good one too at the moment. It is a grey area and they are more happy to sit and wait. In addition, they have a regulatory sandbox which you can apply but only if you can comply to certain things. The other nice thing is that there is no capital gains tax here. We are launching our ICO from there. Many others such as SALT, CROWDMACHINE etc.. did the same. Visit our website on www.iame.io or ping us on our telegram channel if you would like to talk to our founders. https://t.me/iame_identity

Yeah, since in Japan BTC was legal, i think it was the best ICO developed for their high tech made and higher potential of cryptocurrency that being well known in this country. Japan was very supportive in digital currency and i hope they have rights in decision making bcs it was legal to them. So, lets wait for news

America and China is the best countries to fully legalize Bitcoin and Altcoin since they have mass population when it comes to business industry, since Japan already accepted it as the origin.

For ICO, you best choose Singapore because it has become a great shopping center, and ICO projects are encouraged there. Japan is also a country that encourages ICO.

There is no better place than where Bitcoin, the first cryptocurrency in the world, was born, Japan . Bitcoin is legalized in Japan and government in this country also support for cryptocurrency and ICO project as well. Although China is the biggest country in the world and they're really interested in ICO project and cryptocurrency but there are so many bad news come from China everyday so I don't think this country is the good place for ICO.

Include Japan as the best country to support legalization bitkoyna, because it is locally accepted by all in the country. And so many institutions are open for adoption. BTC as payment.

Sweden and Japan are very good countries of choice, a European and Asian nation with large affluence and resources to make things move and happen.
