When you are deep deep in profit, like you bought at $250 or less, even a crash wouldn't be the end of the world.
The price is $18k, that is crazy!  I have taken profit but and still holding and hoping for more.

Tether looks dodgy as hell and might be the reason for the eventual popping of the bubble, but until then it is a lot of new money pumping Bitcoin to ever higher heights!

I don't feel too much like an idiot, I feel like I am already in profit, even if my remaining Bitcoin were worth zero.  I don't really need the extra cash for anything, so I am waiting to see where this crazy rise goes!

I don't see how you reached the conclusion that the market has reached its peak? Even before any major players or governments have explicitly announced their intention to get on board? We have seen some pump and dump cycles before, so this is nothing new.

Crazy or not there are still peopled investing even if the price is at the peak, I really think this is not the end of the increase of the price of bitcoin, and there are so much for us to go in a wide variety of value, and in my opinion if the last block isn't mined yet there is a possibility that the price would still increase.

I withdrew some of my past profits which I consider huge already, I don't feel any less grateful at any downs that could probably happen. I already won if it's a win-lose scenario. And I think most of the users gained hell of a money in here. So what's the case if bitcoins drop, I am here and aware about the risks and I am willing to hold what is left in my wallet. Get ready for another coaster.

I partly agree with you. It's foolish to buy BTC now. But it was a good investment even a few months ago. I jumped up dramatically and now stays between $16-18k. So now it's wiser to invest in altcoins like Ethereum and others. They cost less, so more people can afford it, also the growth rate is better than BTC's.

Bitcoins is smartest investment to make in last 200 year my friend. no matter which price you are pay today in five year bitcoin will be so high in price that you will be shocked , it is not too late now to buy bitcoin. so many peoples say this same thing when bitcoin price at 1000 in 2013 they say it is not too late, and many people did not believe. now you can see how close bitcoin is growing to 20 thousands dollars

The foolishness of some people is the peak of intelligence of some other people and exactly what bitcoin is all about and the inconsistencies and uncertainties that surrounds price at this time. In moments like this, I expect divergent opinions where people will be experts in issues where in the past couple of years, they had no idea about.

My concern is that latter part of the message that all ends already and what exactly do you mean by that? Going historical analysis, bitcoin is expected to increase then fall after which there is a resistance which might either be long-term or short-term as what we are seeing now. The end is still not near the the potential to grow is still very much open. Just don't come with another suggestions when the resistance is broken.

If you spend more time on the forum you'll see that posts like that appear on a regular basis. Some of those guys that wanted to buy BTC below $1000 a year ago and were waiting for crashes are most likely still waiting. I personally know investors that became angry with BTC for not following their pattern.
