Bitcoin price is very low,  i guess after a long time of waiting  it will eventually rise this year.  As what you have said nothing is eternal and permanent so i believe that it will not stay that way and it will rise anytime.

Actually i think it's starting, a lot of big shoot people from traditional financial institutions and banks are moving to crypto world. Each day more and more adoption even by the banks.
