Ok, just talked to a guy from Germany. He got his Giant today and customs didn't pay attention to CE, only wanted tax. (I hope I only need to pay tax on Baikals price, not Bittawmart )
But yeah, it could be a problem if they had a bad day. But I think it's more unlikey

UPDATE:

all miners have been either

1. Sent directly to customers (customers that we have sent waybills)

2. sent to one of our USA contacts to reship out, directly from baikal (they will all be out within the next day and waybills will be updated and sent to customers)

We are also shipping out hundreds of futurebitmoonlander2s

that would be strange if they send first to usa and then from usa to eu, why no directly from factory to  > EU saving moneys is not priority for customers?

we did not have enough EU customer to warrent a direct shipment from baikal to the EU.

We also do not have an EU location to distribute.

Half of our orders were sent from NZ and the other half USA

Had to call UPS about this. Shipped with incorrect street address. The first 5 letters were missing.
I can see the correct address on my order status in the shop.

5.  Actually nothing really much different.  They were all gone in one day and the A3 is now only available for those who are willing to pay $9,000 .    The winners and losers will be determined later.   At least hey are providing an honest service .

That’s just A3 numbers 184 through 203. Do the research yourself. I’m guessing there are about 40,000,000 of these units sitting on shelves... but not just sitting there. You are correct, they have printed the 'C' and 'E' too close together.

It looks more like the bull shit 'China Export' marking.

So I stand corrected.

We have no 100% certainty that the Baikal cube actually has a legit CE conformity.

What do y'all run your fans at? Whats a safe temperature for these, at default its pretty loud but I don't want to hurt it either, running about 40 C or 30 if I open the window.
