How is that piece of news about a manipulative company relate to anything about cryptocurrency? Time has proven again and again that there is no bubble. This is cryptocurrency and it is not some other stock commodity or security normal people's minds are used to. This technology will actually change the world and make a difference and that is worth a lot more than it is today.

I just wonder if traders will be taking some profit before the new year. It's month end after all. Market always seems to drop at month end.

I agree but people are going crazy right now. Just mention crypto and watch the people go crazy. But I should be happy. We've been waiting for these times for years now. I guess I'm too busy watching...

In other words, it's different this time. God I love it when I read those words. Is bitcoin able to change the world at $400? What price does it need to be at in order to serve its revolutionary function? There's no logical reason that bitcoin needs to keep rocketing skyward. Bitcoin is an asset, just like stocks and tulips. If you think we cannot be in a bubble then you're going to get blindsided. And it's crazy, because a lot of you think like this.

All freely traded assets with increasing price are bubbles. The only question is about when it would collapse (today or next millennium) and nobody knows exact answer.

What amazes me is when I see a post from someone asking why a coin or asset is going down, or levels out, after it's been on a multiple days rocket upwards... Like they expect it never to stop. In what world or reality??

Oh well, another day at the office.can you even count how many times and how many people have been calling bitcoins a bubble? Damn! Ever since it got out on the internet, lots of people have been spitting out sht about bitcoins. Saying its a scam, a ponzi, and a bubble. Yes. It may look like a bubble. But you see my friend, in the crypto world. Not everything becomes predictable. And not everything can be measured same as real life situations.

I well remember Litecoin madness in 2013. It was just that. Madness. It feels like the same now but for the whole of crypto. We're probably all going to the moon, but bear follows bull, bull follows bear. It's cyclical. But yes, I do accept that everything is new in crypto and we might even get close to a 2 trillion dollar market cap before this bull run ends

Sorry mate but i don't think we are in a bubble...it's been years that the news keep saying constantly that BTC is in a bubble and crypto too... but the years go by..BTC keeps growing and everyday more investors are putting their money in crypto.. I don't trust mainstream media and think we are not in a bubble and probably this won't happen until the next 5-10 years... Crypto marketcap it's still very small if compared to the regular stocks marketcap....so my friend you really shouldn't worry about that!

Possibly, but this people who are in the news and other people who says Bitcoin is in a bubble really do not know how cryptocurrency works. They just base it on the other markets.

We're at the start of a bubble
This could go on for years.
Every exchange is destroyed right now ( fiat in exhange) all is see is millions of people screaming i can't get verified been waiting for weeks.
The masses are not here yet. They will be soon though and they are pilling in with money.
Where is my 100K wire, where is my 50k wire. These are noobs jumping in with both feet.
Also all the asset class are coming now - they all want some crypto in their portfolio and why not ?
The good crypto is nice to have in there.

I was listening the CBNC today, and one of their anchors said he went to a party, and everyone was talking about Bitcoin ... which he said reminded him of Internet stock in 1999 ... prior to that bubble.

I think certain cryptos which don't really serve a purpose are in a bubble but there are many cryptos which do serve a purpose and will only increase with time. If you're not confident in the industry than maybe you should sell what you have and move on. Especially if you cannot afford to lose what you have invested. If you can start in and enjoy the ride.

Bitcoin and cryptocoins in whole are consuming a lot of energy and holding a lot of money which may be profitable to the holder but is counter productive for the sustainable development of the globe. I don't think crypto were imagined to be a holding assets rather they should have been treated as a day to day alternative transacting currency.
