I think you mean will it all red/blood like some days ago? move up and move down is nature of the volition of the crypto market, I think it is natural.

Will altcoins crash again ?
what happened to the market I think all still fairly normal. if the decline continues, the best alternative is to buy some altcoin.

Will altcoins crash again ?
I bought some altcoin whose value went down deep enough. I think if there is a drop in the market it's all normal. and if you have some knowledge of some altcoins, keep monitoring and doing something that can be profitable.

At some point, yes. The unanswerable questions are 1) when and 2) how high they will climb before they do.

Looking on the charts the top 10 by market cap all of the coins had a tremendous bump in a very short period of time around this November-December time period, some of them look like a logarithm they're so steep. This incredible increase in price in such a short period of time happened to a bunch of other alts also not in the top ten, Verge for example.
This looks unsustainable and indeed it looks like a correction is occurring. Who knows how far some of these are going to fall? I would guess the ones that have a solid reason for being, that have true value and are being marketed well will end up doing a lot better than fluffier ones.
My question is what triggered the stampede to buy? I'm guessing it was more people, me included, who got exposed to this world through the bitcoin phenomenon, looked into a bit and saw these other coins and jumped on them along with bitcoin.

I think altcoin will not crash unless it is being pumped up more than 200%. If the pump is gradual only, it is good to accumulate more support in trading platform. I always believe in natural growth than fast growth and crash suddenly when the hype is over.

Well as far as we can see it, alt coins that dont have enough volume to follow on BTC trend will normally have difficulties. But then again you never know :-)
Yeah, you never know. Some Alts are battling it out now anyway and some are trying to gain some huge relevance in the community. Nevertheless, this is the alts world and anything can happen to them within a twinkle of an eye when people are trying to quickly cash-in on profit and then trying to see how they can get the best of a high pumping bitcoin. But when a new investor steeping into crypto world they are all being advised to diversify their capital across bitcoins and various altcoins hence we can expect alts to grow further and any crash happening may not sustain for longer periods. So, practically we cannot expect alts to crash again and again.

Some alt coins will definitely crash because they are not solving any issues in our world. The coins that will make a difference are those that have solid crypto economic base and a problem to solve. As for now some of the alt coins are heading to the pit

The most part of coins is controlled by big players, so that they can direct and launch panic, and also to merge and redeem coins in the market. so if it's profitable for whales, yes, coins will fall.

I think the crash is from B2X hardfork that scheduled on Dec.28 and this Made a blood bath on altcoin.
The fork itself is a scam, and if even is not is such strange they ask for private keys, there is a topic about this in the forum. Actually fork doesn't effect alts directly. Most important thing for alt coins is bitcoin's strength, you can observe yourself that whenever bitcoin is falling, alt coins are also falling at the same time. some people expect bitcoin to get low against alt coins but this cannot happen logically. The fork coin just bring another competitor to the bitcoin itself and only increase the list of altcoin. It's not disrupting the altcoin. When bitcoin was falling and altcoin will be following it but when bitcoin increase and altcoin just try to regain a half from the total bearish. Fork coin of bitcoin just another altcoin that generates from the bitcoin. even it comes from greedy people, at least they dont grab poeple's money! as long as i can earn money from the forks, i love it!

Will altcoins crash again ?
if bitcoin crashes then altcoins will do the same, everytime that bitcoin is dropping most of altcoins are affected because all of alts are traded to bitcoin.

It is impossible to give an exact answer. There are many factors on which it depends and we only know it at the last minute.

This is inevitable and there will be many more unexpected UPS and DOWNS. It is the market, mate! no corrections - no growth. You just have to be ready and follow the investment strategy.

depend what alt we talking about, but i guess some alt will likely go down because the bitcoin itself drop and some will go up because its not have relation with bitcoin it self
Sooner or later there will be some kind of crash of altcoins and after that there will be another one and so on. It all depends on stability of bitcoin since every alt is in some way or another connected to it.

I think that 2018 will be the most successful year for altcoins. The cryptocurrency industry finally recognized all over the world! In the new year we have a lot of new investors! I expect a lot from 2018.

Will altcoins crash again ?
I think it could happen again, where the price of all altcoin crashes, in the world Cryptocurrency is nothing is impossible, by selling all their coins the coin holders in large quantities can damage and shake up the price in the market...

Every market goes through cycles so yes a crash can happen again, but if that's a bad thing or not depends at what point you got in. If you get in at the bottom of a previous crash, there's alot less chance you'll get burnt by future price pull backs. If you are stupid enough to buy during peak hype when everything is over valued then it's not a pretty place to be!

There a lot of different altcoins and for sure some of them are crash everyday and it's part of the crypto world and for sure it will back again to the price. We don't know what altcoin will dump the price but I hope most of the altcoin will increase not to dump.
