2017 was a year of the overwhelming technological stunning blow related to the introduction of blockchain and crypto to masses.  We have seen how traditional venture capital markets are overthrown by series of ICOs. 2017 was a year of hype and mania which will most probably continue in 2018.

Initial Token Offering.
Taking part in an ITO oer PreITO means supporting the idea from the start on.
You get Tokens, which will later be exchanged, or wich then are tradeable.

Positive effect is, that you get your shares for a cheaper price for your early support.

Token will be used for file mining via Skyledger, internal ecosystem marketplace, extended functionality, and later on with transactions, you are right.

I really like the idea behind the project considering the current means of booking talents are outdated logically and technologically. With help of blockchain technology (as well as other instruments and approaches) you are going to create reputational module, so that any market activity can be consolidated and traced is an interseting idea.More than that from white paper I caame to know that you are going to create ecosystem economy, which will allow you  not only to attract more participants, but also spread sources of income. Thus commission on transactions will be decreased and hence you will outrange our possible competitors.

Since, the blockchain technology is gaining so much hype in these days , so there are a lot of projects which are somewhat fake or seems less genuine.
But this project is absolutely genuine and real, as more and more people participate, the income gets distributed.

2018 and MDL as a year for consolidation, and believes the HR tech market has room to grow. If the economy keeps moving along, then there is plenty of market opportunity, especially in the areas of machine learning and AI.
