Roadmap is on the first post. I think you need to read the first post first about the plans or upcoming updates for this project. The team will announce more exchanges while this project is ongoing.

No one can help apart from the dev. Developer asked to wait up to 48 hours as the process is done manually.

Unfortunetely you can't run masternode with swapped coins. You should reserve MN before. Now masternode cost 0.1 BTC as I know. You can swap your tokens and stake them in your wallet.

That is because SUB1X is fork of PIVX, PIVX was the first who implemented the see-saw mechanism to promote an even ratio between staking and masternodes.It is dynamically adjusts the block reward size between masternodes and staking nodes.

When you refresh swap page, you'll see it generates new address. Apparently, Dev has many addresses for that purpose.

Its been over 48 hours Dev and I still did not received my sub1x from swap. Read pm please.

This has been the most flawless masternode coin ive setup, I have no furthered into 1Up coin, hoping that it continues.

Sub1x is amazing and runs with out a hitch... when tor is implemented PHEW the price will be up there

Yes. If you buy from Etherdelta you need to swap your coins at the sub1x website in order to get into the qt wallet of sub1x.
