To avoid depression is to a little forget the burden of what makes the depression. Because by thinking too dating it can create depression .. So calm the mind a little relax

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Make him open up to you. Depression is the rooted from the suppressed emotions that is kept within a person. If that emotion is negative, it will cause him to think to much. And that will start to get anxieties and worries and that is the start of the depression. If you were able to make him open up to you, since you're a friend, you can address his concerns and make him feel that somebody is caring for him. That should improve his state. Another thing, Never leave his side, I know that you can't always do that, but please, as possible be there for him. Anxieties attacks anytime, anywhere because his brain will never stops to function, so you will never know when it will happen to him.

Depression is mostly a result of loneliness. Now there are two options for you if you are lonely. Either you consume alcohol and become a chronic alcoholic, or you go out and interact with people around you. If you talk to people, then it will alleviate your depression by a great deal.

Overcoming depresaion is not easy and it takes a lot of process but a better advice for those who are sure that they have it is to consult a professional and go to a psychiatrist for a better counselling and recovery about the disorder.

Hi, I just wanna ask how to overcome depression? I have a friend and she keeps telling me that she don't to live anymore and that it is better to die, she has lot of problems but she just keep it on her own, she is so depress and i can't find the right words to make her feel better. And also can't a person overcome depression on his/her own?

Change of diet is the fastest cure for depression, cut out sugar and processed junk completely and decrease carbohydrates.
Take care of your gut bacteria and it will take care of you.

That could be a Help but What if their problem is much deeper. Like they are emotionally stressed. A family problem, i think they couldn't have a time thinking to cut out their sugar intake .

Maybe if you think of your friend opening up about their depression why not just listen to them Guide them to what to think and do for the moment than to advise them to go on a Cut off sugar diet.

best advice is consult the pro.

There must a reason that causes depression on someone. as long as that rootcause is not solved or worked on, that feeling will continue to get worse. whoever having depression should revisit the rootcause with someone be it friend or the pro. see what's the best way out of that issue. e.g. if its the job, maybe time to change to another job.

2nd part, do things that you like... could be playing games, gardening, travel etc. it will put a smile on your face,

If it's a deep depression the best solution is to consult psychologists and take medications.And having a supportive family can help too.

Depression is one of the mental illness that were facing right now especially for those teenagers suffered bullying, broken family and etc. To prevent worst case scenario it started in our family to counsel them, to ask them what her/his problem, or to consult in the specialist to provide necessary therapy about this. It was a serious problem so we need to act quickly on these matter.

I dont know if the one I experience before was depression.. But i am really not eating those times, im always crying.. I overthink, I am not talking to anyone like Im used to. I am a talkative person and bubbly so if I am sitting on one side and not talking you can feel easily that im not okay. That time, i just thought of positive things, I control myself not to overthink , it was very hard... but I looked forward that it will be done soon, I just need to hold on.

Everyone get depress at a certain point but the ability to manage it is what matters alot. Stop thinking about the problem but think about the solution, Engage in a task or work that will not even give you time to think about anything, learn new concept, learn a musical instrument.

The best thing to overcome depression is to get oneself busy. Get a job or involve in other activities.

To overcome depression, people need to minimize any factors that contribute to depression.

Should go out, travel or something. Make you feel better and happier.

It is very hard to overcome the illness , depression .People who have this illness have a lot of problem or a very serious problems in life that they can't solve .But some people overcome it by having a good people beside them .

Depression can't be overcomed without special atmosphere which is comfortable for a person. Also I think you can't overcome it by yourself especially deep depression. In such cases people need antidepressants

Whenever a certain mood strikes me and i start feeling depressed, the first thing i do is surpress it as much as i can. The brain is very powerful but it can also be trained. So what i do next is look for light and sound, make sure i am not alone. I talk to people who have very positive attitudes. Most importantly, i give my burdens to god. I talk to Him everyday and he loves me every single way.

For you to overcome depression, learn how to control your emotions and learn how to ignore those negative people who bring you down, think to those people who loves you no matter what. Dont mind the people around you, just be who you are do what makes you happy.

people who depress must be expose to his/her friend or anyone that can give encouraging word and to comfort them and making them good by releasing what they had bad circumstances.

Keeping yourself busy and engaging yourself in extra curricular activites can overcome depression. Everybody has its own troubles in life but do not put loneliness into it. Communication is a tool also. Whenever you cannot control the struggles your family is there whom you can talk to or go to a specialist if it's already a severe case whom can help you stay away from that difficult situation.
