I have a friend and she keeps telling me that she don't to live anymore and that it is better to die, she has lot of problems but she just keep it on her own, she is so depress and i can't find the right words to make her feel better. And also can't a person overcome depression on his/her own?

Well if there was an universal solution, we wouldn't need any psychologist, drugs or alchool  Grin.

I'd agree with what was said earlier, you have ot be honest with yourself and find the root of your unhapiness.

You can go to doctors, there is no shame in it, they can help you see yourself clearer... (it is sometimes diffcult to be honest with himself).

But first of all I'd say : DONT STAY ALONE.

Being closed on yourself will only make you dwell your problems...

Depression is a complex mental disorder. And like any illness, it will go without complications if you get help from a doctor. Let your friend go to a psychologist. If the problem is of a physical nature (as often happens), then the psychiatrist's help may be required. Anyway. Address to the doctor anyway.

Problems is above see level if we let it stay in our side. One by one our mind will not be stable in everyday new challenges, struggles, problems, and a stressful environment. Until such time that our own limit reach we couldn't overcome it if we let the problems overcome us. To overcome depression much better to do to be in the cycles of people or friends. It can help very much almost everyday we couldn't think about problems but always positive sides.

Well to overcoming a depression is keep safe to yourself and relepax or the problem are having solution so dont depress yourself to the unimportant things all struggles are overcoming so you can controll yourself and relax very well think positive.

This is because the depressed person is indeed a different psychic condition with a healthy person.
You just quietly and listen to every word while giving support through hugs, hand grip. You can offer words like "whatever happens, I'm here". This will make them feel heard, supported, and not alone in the face of life problems.

Depression is more than simply feeling unhappy or being fed up. It affects people in different ways and can cause a wide variety of symptoms. If you wish to help your depressed friend , the best thing you can do is to listen to him/her. Because friends provides an emotional support to give strength to stay strong in the fight against depression. Give them a hug! Tell them that it will get better , that they are not alone, that he is important to you and don't forget to tell/say i love you sincerly and comes from the bottom of your heart.

I'm saying that to myself too when I'm really depress. But I have a mother that i can tell all my problems. Maybe she/he need to tell to someone all her problems. Find someone that she's/he's very comfortable ro say anything about her problems. Someone that she/he can understand. Gave her some advice too. Do something with that guy or go somewhere that she/he can't remember all her/his problems. I have my daughter. She's my stregth right now.

first thing i would suggest is to never leave such person alone.... they tend to think more and can do harmful things to themselves.... maybe u can refer the person also to a therapist. it helps

There are times in life when we feel like things will never get better and that our feelings of depression will never end.it's not easy to overcome depression,While depression can be serious,it is far from hopeless One of the feelings that keeps you stuck in depression is feeling overwhelmed. Everything is just too much. You've got so much on your mind.therefore, try these things to overcome your depression.

1.Get moving.Studies show that those who take some form of exercise daily have a better chance at lowering their depression.
2.Fix your diet.
3.Get sociable, engage with people.
4.Develop your interests.
5.Stop complaining!
6.Have realistic expectations.

In my opinion, by taking drugs like Lexapro and Prozac, this is only for a while. And taking drugs like Lexapro and Prozac to my knowledge only to someone who is very depressed (almost crazy).
It would be nice if the treatment of depression in an alternative way. Not with taking medicine
