I was just looking at z-nomp's Github page linked at the bottom of your site and didn't notice anything specific to optimizations. The only setting that could seem to have any impact on mining is the stratum difficulty which your pool have set to very low.  Was just curious; I don't plan on setting up a competing pool.

Nothing public as far as I know. OfCourse there are a few pools around that have been built off of Z-nomp with an overhaul on the frontend and I would imagine optimized code for processing shares as well.
