Bitcoin expectation end of 2018

A trader just made a million dollar bet that Bitcoin would be over $50k by the end of 2018  A large trader (or traders) just plopped down a million dollars betting that Bitcoin would hit $50k sometime in 2018.

That's too far ahead, but just imagine if we would do even half of what bitcoins did this year, then $50k is nothing. Bitcoins jumped from $800 to $20,000 (its all time high) in less than a year! That's amazing. That is 25x since it started this year. Imagine if it would even do just 5x. Then $20,000 x 5 = $100,000 by the end of 2018. It's quite possible I think!

In 2018 bitcoin will soar higher. There will be more investors. Eventually the demand will increase again after the holidays. People will start there yearly goals and most likely they will include bitcoin investment in their list. I believe bitcoin price in 2018 will probably be more than $100,000.

I always look back from march 2017 I remember that bitcoin that day really hard to get almost $1000 that time and there is already crush and ups but I really wonder that bitcoin this December 2017 really beat approximately almost $20,000. I think that there isnt a man can tell you what it will happen with bitcoin. Maybe investors will move to monero, or ethereum or maybe people will mass adopt btc. If there is someone who could tell you that it means he can see into the future and he would be rich.
As in every investment nobody can predict what it will be in the future. In the 2008 crysis some "sure" stocks went down to 10% of they`re value so thare you have it.

Yeah you are right. Its just like bitcoin is going to dump more there and is really difficult to rise but look at today btc will going to rise about $20k. Btc has more potential in the coming year.

With what w have witnessed this year from the bitcoin price it comes to no surprise if it actually hits that price, last year bitcoin was 900$ worth a couple of months after it bitcoin reached the 2000$ point and in November it reached 10k, less than a month after it it reached almost 20k, as far as when the price will hit 50k it is no known wether it will take a year or a month as the growth is unexpected and unpredictable, so just hold your bitcoin and you will make profit beyong what you can imagine.

It's simply too far out to predict the end of 2018. We don't even know what exactly will happen to Bitcoin by the end of 2017.

Its too far, I cant even predict what will be bitcoin for tomorrow, the volatility and the movement of bitcoin is way too fast and there are so many legality challenge in the future, but I still see a great future for bitcoin in 2018, hopefully bitcoin could reach a very high price in end of 2018

I`ve heard that due to increase of BTC mining complexity, it will not be profitable to mine BTC to the end of 2018 if BTC price will be lower than $300K, so we can make some conclusion from this

One of the crypto economy experts had speculated earlier in 2016 that bitcoin will be around $20,000 by the end of 2017 and the same person again claimed days before that one dsy we should see bitcoin price at $100,000, unfortunately he hasn't mentioned year. Surely, it is possible if more people  get involved and support bitcoin, then the speculated price range isn't far from being true

I agree that the bitcoin price at the end of 2017 is good. Since so many people are investing in bitcoin, so the price keeps rising, so by 2018, the price is likely to be higher. so this is our chance to invest in bitcoin, Because the price will always go up.

this yr is starting people like bitcoin how about in 2018 maybe some investor in bitcoin will added cause of this is decentralized is not a centralized... After a week before xmas i think will pump it again and reach the all time high again. Why ?because many peole have a lot money in december or after december.. Guys watch the price of bitcoin..

End of 2018 is still farther from now I am expecting it to be done by 6 to 7 months from now because it has already proven its strength by going from $800 to $20,000. Imagine what could be the results if it does behave the same way here. Demand and volatility is increasing day by day and by the summer people start investing into the bitcoin. I am just worried about the taxation in india if the prices reach over there.

That could happen because the current Bitcoin price is very difficult to predict, I see so many opportunities that in the future we will be able to see significant Bitcoin price increases. As more and more Bitcoin is used and growing demand, it can increase Bitcoin's popularity. We will probably see that 50K $ is impossible at the moment, but if you look at it optimistically it can be true. Believe everything can happen, even an impossible thing can come true in the world of digital currency.

WelI do expect that Bitcoin price will still reach $20K, even it goes down nowadays, because people will still engage to Bitcoin in future days and that is year 2018. I still believe, that Bitcoins value will recover and take its increase speedily  from time to time

Well, lot of expectations is a commonly indemand. But when it comes to think of it, are you really sure that it takes too up and get by the target? Maybe yes, and maybe it's no. But more expectations is really happened because we want to have more profit to earn.

I don't think it would be possible especially now we are again facing the dillema of bitcoin holders a huge drop is taking over and its really alarming because the price of bitcoin drops so much unlike on the previous fluctuations that happen. it is really stressful for investors to see the price of bitcoin dropping to fast now nearly 12000$ from this price at the end of the year, i can see not much hope to witness the price reach 50000$ at the end of the year 2018, it may reach 25000$ is maximum.
