Most blockchain projects that are currently represented in the market simply do not work. Totally agree. Networks and protocols are valueless unless there's a solid community. Airdrops are not the way to achieve this, and in fact, you end up napalming your community channels with low level members who don't contribute much.

In my opinion to develop a project you have to take a manager who lead your project to develop. Also you have to keep some workers those who run your projects tasks. If you do not have a good manager or some hardworking workers then your project will go under. So you have to careful about it and thus your project will be successful.
