I am still trying to reach Sam today but wanted to show up here just to make a few things clear.
- I hold a (for me) significant amount of shares that I am not selling. I am convinced that the project is by no means a scam, but it does seem they are experiencing ongoing hardware issues. - I have no information that I do not post here and an just as frustrated with the issues as everyone else. - As far as I know the Project has never owned any other hardware (one team member sold his Avalon to fund the tape-out earlier this year) and hashing income, even as it is small does come from the hardware build with the 130nm design. - The team is working on a plan to move the shares to a new marketplace (probably Bitfunder) in the next week, well ahead of shut down of BTCT.CO and I will do anything I can to make this a smooth and orderly process. - I have instructed Sam to post an update here ASAP even if I happen to be offline. I can only hope this happens soon.

never urged anyone to buy shares, cry more, they can still hit 5BTC a share with hashing and hardware sales, if they actually deliver.
dude, I was there, don't act like it didn't happen. We all remember. They can NEVER hit 5 btc a share. Ever. show me your tears of rage I can show you where I sold at .0038, and you held until .00038... true. 5 btc a share would value their company at over 1 billions dollars. Just stupid to claim that Uhh with hardware sales that bring in $30,000,000-hundreds of millions in sales, it's not hard to get valued at 1 Billion. Technology companies are usually 15X earnings, then you have Amazons who are like 100X earnings. So they can def. be valued at 1 Billion if they somehow get everything together and actually deliver.

Missed Fabrizio's last message on google hangouts. He asked me how the money for labcoin was raised, and if it was using bitcoins. Heh. At least he has heard of "bitcoin". But either he doing his damnest to pretend not being involved at all, or he really has no clue about labcoin.

why would any exchange want this security? 30 Day Volume is 32196BTC, so BF's 1% fee on the sales of those would be 3219.6BTC in one month (if volume holds somewhat constant). That over $350K. Not that there aren't issues here, but that's enough for a house in many cities.

But indeed as someone else mentioned, its already establish Fabrizio knows next to nothing about this, allegedly its his sister running the show, although thats not confirmed.

Not that there aren't issues here, but that's enough for a house in many cities. and also a very big target for legal issues... Volume won't hold constant because everyone was jumping ship. As this thing drops over the next week, you'll see the volume slow to a crawl.

Hi burnside, could you please confirm, if the Labcoin shares are still where they should be? Did you get in contact with them, by the way? I see ~2 million currently held in their account. I do not know however if some were sold, or if they were simply transferred to another account that is also a holding account. So this is inconclusive information. After the confusion regarding the initial contract and the follow-up news post, I am not sure if this is the appropriate amount or not either. Cheers. Seems like they still have most of the shares, at least

This, plus no pictures of the miners ever posted. Its been a few days still no mention of new exchange, nobody wants this lying scam company.
To be fair, if this: http://www.labcoin.com/img/pic3.jpgis a render, then its a rather good one, and someone put a fair amount of work in to making it look credible. Of course that's a render, are you blind? That was one of the prototype renderings on their website when they started their IPO. There were two pictures of some odd-looking, un-populated boards that people claimed was "obviously" a render, when clearly it wasn't.

Seems like they still have most of the shares, at least 1 million missing shares is a significant amount. We need a full accounting of what's happened to those shares. Ukyo should NOT, under any circumstances, accept this security on his site until those shares are fully accounted for.
