If this is not a scam, you have been presented with a rare opportunity to own a % of a mining company on ze cheap.
Not really - they are far from cheap even if they somehow get their 2TH/s, that was already pretty bad, and is now very late. Just look at the first page, they're failing hard on their predictions.

Agreed, even if this isn't a scam, which it is, it still isn't a good investment at all. The only value in a mining company is one that can prove they know what they are doing and they know how to do it fast! I recently got my butterfly labs jalapeno in the mail. I was expecting it soon and had calculated what I should be earning. It was $6 a day which sounded decent to me. Well only a short period past and I got the jalapeno and now I see I'm only earning $2.5 a day.
10th this month = 5 th next month = 2.5 the next month

DUMP THIS PILE OF SHIT!

Great time to unload your shares if you believe it's a scam.

If it's a scam, it's never going to be this high again.

If it's a scam.

Well, you had your chance.

Thanks to someone who bought me out of what looked like a hopeless situation. I hope you have better luck than I did.

Consider yourself lucky, I was well above that.

With the disappearance of Labcoin, TheSwede unable to contact him, and almost nonexistent hash rate, I could not stomach it anymore.

Suggestion to labcoin

1) fire your current engineer immediately, hire a one with much higher salary.
2) clear the order book, place a large bid with all the BTC remaining.
3) post a update explaining what's exactly happened and your future plan.
4) reenable the trading, and let investors decide whether get the refund or stay.

This is really really important if you want to minimize your legal risk!

Stomach, nerves...all of this does not fare well on the heart either. I might as well start a daily 1 aspirin a day regime. Reduce risk of a transient ischemic attack (TIA) Tongue

These securities & their spastic PR practice, more or less lack there of..... Angry

For a brief period they were mining around 2-3THS, maybe an hour, then back to 300.

Unfortunately that is less than half of what they had a week ago, and they were supposed to be adding to it.

Whatever changes they made to fix the stability issues didn't work,  and they have made it worse.

Those bigger payouts are sent manually probably from the miners they are testing (or from trolls).   There will probably be more.

Swede said they're exploring bitfunder and that's what it looks like but we've heard nothing (that I know of anyway) from bitfunder on whether it's going to be allowed and what the method of transfer would be.

I can say this though: there's no way in hell I'm transferring my shares to any of the labcoin team at this point for transfer on btct. If a transfer happens, it needs to be through a trusted third party entity like Ukyo or burnside (or a collab between them) or perhaps as direct shares as an interim to bitfunder.

The transaction can be traced to BTCguild if you look at where it comes from originally. However they managed it, they mined that btc.

They always trace back to:

http://blockchain.info/address/14cZMQk89mRYQkDEj8Rn25AnGoBi5H6uer

Which is the btcguild wallet.

In saying that,  anyone using btcguild could just point their miner to the Labcoin wallet.
