Bitcoin as a Christmas gift

If ever I receive bitcoin in christmas as a gift, I would be thankful who donate it to me. But the truth is I didn't receive any gift in this christmas. Hope next christmas will be a good christmas if  I recieve any kind of gift.

great idea and thinking. I would be fascinated to receive such a gift. However most people are ignorant of cryptocurrencies. I guess i am the only trader in my town (population around 100 000). Btc christmas present can grow into serious value in coming years.

I do not think it's a gift, because the last days of the 2017 bitcoin price fell madly I was worried about this so I sold all the Bitcoin I own I had losses.

In my opinion, it would be a great gift for a person who is aware of cryptocurrencies. In my surroundings there are not so many people who really understand what's going on around in the world and know about digital economy.

I think it is a unique thing to do. In my country there is an exchange that features voucher, with voucher we can give gift easily. even the service can make us directly convert to local currency. Maybe in some countries it also exists, but I think I am lucky because Bitcoin can be freely used in my place.

I agree. But, if it is for me, I would wholeheartedly accept it because I know how I can use it to my advantage. However, if it is for a person who is not knowledgeable of the bitcoin market and virtually ignorant of how it works, then even if it is per se a very valuable asset and a great gift because it can keep on giving, it wouldn't hold water because to them it's just another data or a collection of encrypted codes that they don't have any use for. It's a great and unique gift, though, like the above-stated reply mentioned.

That is true but i still would accept if they gave me bitcoin as a gift it is an investment they are giving you that means you mean a lot to them but there are indeed also possibilities that they do not know anything about it and gave me it i would keep it because i know what to do with it.

Bitcoin is a very great gift for someone in this Christmas. It is a blessing and a very big help to someone who can receive it. But me as a person who already have bitcoin, I will not give bitcoin to someone right now. Why? My bitcoin is still not for me and besides I still have no 1 bitcoin. Maybe if i already have many bitcoin I will not hesistate to make this a gift for someone I love like my mother. She will be very happy of that happen.
I do not see anyone who make bitcoin a gift but it is a nice idea. The only problem is, what if the person you want to give bitcoin do not have any crypto wallet or have no idea what bitcoin is ?

Yah definitely Bitcoin can be a great gift for anyone, for example for our loved ones or our family members especially for our mother. It will make them so happy. But for my Bitcoin I am little bit possessive or you can say me greedy, because me have only one Bitcoin and I think it is only mine can’t give this to anyone. But on Christmas it is a good idea to give your Bitcoin as a gift but if you have many Bitcoin then it can be possible. I haven't  receive a btc gifts. I am now thinking of joining in any signature campaign to earn instead of waiting for someone to give me a btc as a gift. Even my husband can't do that because  he doesn't have any idea what btc all about.

My gift for Christmas will be a bitcoin? Yes, for me bitcoin as a Christmas gift is perfect. Because in bitcoin its high-price is breaking again and again and by bitcoin you can buy what you want if the price goes up. My ways to gift bitcoin is through hardware wallet, because they also use bitcoin so they can have both bitcoin and the hardware wallet to get their bitcoin safe.

For me this would be a perfect gift especially for our love ones though , for me I would bought a car for my mother and a car too for my father and brother , and I will travel me and with my family including my girlfriend. And I think share and giveaway some though , Christmas is about sharing and love.
