This huge price drops are because of the major manipulation happening in the market today. Also, these manipulations are being used by whales to take profits from small players and to maintain their dominance over the market.

I believe so too. If you look at what happened yesterday, many alts were in the double digits price appreciation, some like Nano even went up 50%. If you did some research you realised there was no big announcement, no key event, nothing.

It is believed that some bigger players use trading techniques that are illegal in other markets to manipulate the prices.

In my opinion, bitcoin causes all altcoins to fall, because some governments announce that bitcoin is illegal so some investors don't invest in the crypto market. They assume that all crypto are illegal.

This explains what happens, large investors are playing with profits and small traders are selling in panic.

Investors panic whenever there is fluctuation in crypto market. This let the investor to sell their coins so that the loss is minimum. But , if all the investor will start doing let like this, every market will fall rapidly. This effects the price of coins in crypto market.

There are a lot of reasons why the price will drop. One reason is that whales will sell there shares and that will be a huge dump to our market. Next is investors who have invest big shares and sell them when they feel like the market is already red. Lastly is that no more investors were coming. So, we just have to trust and still hold our coins as we can.

All these deep theories I don't think mean much. Basically the people involved in control of the price; want it down, that's what I believe anyways. Good news or bad, doesn't matter and it won't affect their main plan, they would just use those occasions for momentum when it matches their current vision.

Mostly negative speculation of the market is the common reason why the market price is dropping it's because speculation may lead people from doing panic selling to cut possible losses once the market continue to drops.

This is a market correction, and I think they will soon be ready to pump back larger crypto prices, especially with bitcoin. We may not know what is the right reason why they are dumped, but the good thing is that we can buy tokens at a lower price. Now the best thing is to survive.

Yes you are right. Nowadays, because of so many projects offering coins so people really confuse what coins that they want to buy and invest. Besides of that, i think most of coins's value decrease because people begin doubt invest in cryptocurrency, this is because many projects are scam. The condition of coins's decrease also affected by people who panic with the coins's value and rush to sell their coins to avoid loss in this investation.
