Possible reasons - wrong email address, message in spam, delay in email delivery (unlikely at this stage). Normally happens within 1-2 seconds, but had cases when someone had to wait for around an hour or so. Not something we can control, all depends on the mail provider.

We are working hard to make that happen. It's a bonus used for trading, as announced previously. Exchange intends to work with 0 profit for the first 3 months after launch, so this money is all yours.
How do I interact with the UPCoin exchange? Is it just an application for Android devices?
Our website will be responsive to mobile phones, and apps will be added later on. We found out yesterday about an impostor app on Google Play and asked our community to flag it as inappropriate and it was taken down in the end.
Until March, whatever you find on Google Play that's called UPcoin - it's most likely scam, don't download or use it.
