Im sorry I really shouldn't be saying that.  I am a bit confused on a few things like the others, for this to be a success I would advise you to reconsider dodging the important questions raised by community members.  Good luck to BTCGarden and all of its shareholders!

Well ,make sense, my fault. We should explain anything to our potential shareholders indeed .

All potential shareholders worried about that weird question please at least learn to distinguish between the following : simulation / FPGA verification / real ASIC chip`s test.

In terms of other questions, it is AM 4:55 here. I ll reply after I get up.

I hope they have a plan to move the 2nd 2,000,000 shares.  Stating that the 2nd batch will be at a higher price without specifying a timeline or a price point will just stagnate the stock for an unacceptable period of time while not providing any benefit.  It will also piss off any future investors that happen to purchase above the 2nd batch price point.  IMO Learn from the AMC fiasco and communicate the remaining share release schedule.

Tech Exhibition

a)   Project Milestone i.   March 15th: Signed the confidential contract with the IC manufacture and got the library for synthesis and layout.
ii.   April 10th:RTL design, optimization and simulation were finished. Data to predict the specification of actual chips generated.

What is cgminer mining on here then? Air? Angry

Simulation on what? Judging from the ICA 0 driver used and hashrate it looks like an Asicminer Block Erupter USB...?

Initial Offering:

4,000,000 shares of BTCGARDEN,which occupy 40% of BTCSEA CO.,Ltd`s market value, will be made available to the public at btct.co. First 2,000,000 shares will be put up in value beginning at 0.016 BTC/share ,the rest of 2,000,000 shares will be issued with higher price as soon as the first 2,000,000 shares have been sold out.I.e.:

2,000,000 shares @ 0.016 BTC

2,000,000 shares @ higher than 0.016 BTC

The other 6,000,000 shares are held by investors of BTCSEA CO.,Ltd ,which are not available and limited to open in next 2 years. Pass Through stocks based on these shares are prohibited in next 2 years as well.Public shareholders have no such restriction.

Hi aiwell,

I want to know more about the second batch of issued shares. Can you make statements like "we don't sell them in the first two months" or be in any way else more specific?

Or better yet, the second batch won't be sold for less than .072 btc / share.  Wink

I agree, releasing IPO shares in batches is just flawed.  It would be much better and probably raise a lot more BTC if they only raise what they could conceivably need now and have a secondary IPO after the market for their shares a has matured (and most likely appreciated).

Well if the second batch is used to fund the third line of products and acts as a buffer when dividends are starting to get paid at a steady rate from the income of the first batch then that wouldn't be so bad.
What is needed is a time frame and condition for when the second batch of shares will be released.

Too much?  Im a bull! *roar*

Lol I wish, but I dont think its a bad move for whoever did it. Maybe a bull just got their satoshi payout and wants to quadruple their investment.

True. I've never said it's bad, but unpredictability is. Smiley

I agree with you a time frame and a condition would be appreciated.

Speculation Scenario A:
If the second batch was released and we started seeing steady dividends from the first batch of Garden it might become a second wave of demand from buyers in the long run assuming success Smiley

Of course that's in the long run today a clarification is what is needed.

Update:

an video of our FPGA  prototype :  http://www.btcgarden.com/videos.jsp

We had finished this in May although the video was just made 2 hours ago by our engineers at Xi`An

BTW : YOUTUBE is blocked in mainland china for a long long time,so all chinese shareholders please wait for a youku version later at btcman ,sry Sad

Here s a pic of it

some pictures of our deploment methods have been uploaded to http://www.btcgarden.com/deployment.jsp

We dont want to give out the chinese-writing part because it maybe useful to our potential opponents.

BTW: this method is based on water-cooling ,which is expensive , we also have a blower method as cheap as ASICMINER`s, we will try both of them at beginning to see which one is better.

Infos of our 1st-batch with 12+300(Engineering Sample &Mass Production) wafers: 312 wafers * 2000chips/wafer*400MH/chip = 249TH/s ,any overclock will let the estimate even higher. The contract
will not be shown out because so many infos included, which are not proper to show out and make no sense if we hide them all.

I ll reply other questions later ,too busy to do it now.
