More tech adoption = a good dev team.

Indeed, that is almost a golden rule when choosing a coin to invest. Some of posts here are very valuable, I should do more research

I am adding my coins to hodl for 2018 (unordered):
- ALQO
- KZC
- XVG
- Waves
- LYM (if you are a fan of fresh ICO's)
- SHIFT
- Cardano

   Waves is the one of the most popular coins, many people talk about waves, and it
is very hard to miss Waves.
   Ripple is rising this weeks, that was expected. Like Waves it is very popular coin, and
many people talk about Ripple, you can not miss it here on forum.
   Many alt-coins mentioned in this topic are good to have, I working on my plan to have
many of this alt-coins in my portfolio. I believe that with good choice and right amount
I can secure my future.

Waves- platform having more potentiality easy to create smart contracts with less effort , time and money .
Oax - having strong team better slternative for decentralised exchang.

2018 will be the year of the Altkoins. I am confident in the great potential of XRP, XLM, NEM. And also anonymous coins XSPEC, ONION, Verge. Also like a couple of projects with master codes, such as the prospective fork PIVX - Monoeci. Well, maybe a couple of ICO's worth mentioning: these are the tokens of the Kukoin Exchange and the UST car platform! Of course a lot of other promising coins, but listed by me, they seem to be the most promising investments!

for safety, i think i will HODL top 100 coin marketcap
but if i want to take more risk i will buy new fresh token that will hit next roadmap of their project
to be honest, no one can have 100% faith in their choice
always put 1% atleast to make exit position if something bad happen

I think i will just hold the coins that are in the top 10 because they will not get into top 10 if they are not into something. Most of the coins that are good for long are in the top 10 since the team and their project is a really worth to hold for long term and i think that if i am going to hold them until the year of 2020 then i will easily earn a lot of bitcoin.

I like exchange coins, I think BNB, BIG, DEW, KCS are good.
Others, some coins like ETH, wave, ada should be good to hold too. Also, you should never miss bitcoin.

1) Stellar Lumens Currently 25c each
This coin has been on a monumental and unrelenting march upwards. The news coming out is thick and fast, the algorithm is great. Im betting on $1 by February


2) Funfair Currently on its way down following a lackluster announcement, however everything about the company behind this, their releases, their progress, the guys involved lead me to believe this will be a big hit once they launch a commercial product. Can easily see this being a dollar or more this time next year.


3) Binnance Coin - 4th largest exchange, and an ever reducing supply from their buy and burn policy. Unless the exchange goes pop, this can only go up long term


4) Waves - Nothing but good things coming from these guys, if they get their decentralised payment and cashout system working, it will be an absolute game changer.

You can add Stratis and Basic Attention Token to your list.  2018 will be exciting for these two projects.

With XVG I speculate on wider adoption of the coin and a development team that knows how to deliver. I think the hype aout Verge is not over and we will see the price of XVG double or triple during first half of the 2018.

yes i agree with you but i think ripple is not one of the coins that will increase next year because ripple is suitable for short term only.

Well, I am not sure about most of these apart from Waves. I do feel it’s not exactly bad. Anyhow, I prefer looking at options like Authoreon, it’s totally class above the rest of the gang! No doubt that there 4 coins are those which have big potential in market of cryptocurrency but with that we can also see that value of these coins are now totally at constant rate that is not looking attractive or better for inevstment .
Here my suggestion for you to have another better coins are Digibyte coin , posw coin , Etherium coin , Etherium classic , bitcoin gold coin .
These coins that I mentioned are better to have currently for long term like steller and waves coin .
Here I suggested you beside your suggested coins Because here I used the basic principle of trading i.e don't inevst all of your money in particular no. Of coins .

The list can be continued. These four coins are clearly not enough for a portfolio for the entire 2018 year. Although, perhaps, you have in this a large amount of investment and do not want to disperse attention. Then yes, these positions are enough.
