there are many ways to promote an ico and I am sure that you can find one way or more from the people suggestion. you can reach more people in social media by using your friends to promote the ico or placing a picture or text in your pages in social media. you can create a thread on here or another forum so more people will see your ads. I think you can use more than 3 ways to promote an ico especially if you have a big list of the follower in your social media so it will help you to promote.

In my opinion, bounties(social media, signature etc) are the best way to promote any ICO in this extremely volatile cryptocurrency market. Among these bounties, I feel that signature bounties in this forum is the best way to promote an ICO due to the popularity of this forum itself when compared to other bounties. So many investors visit this forum more than any other website in order to check cryptocurrencies which is why this is the best way to advertise any particular ICO. In the initial stages ICO team needed to spend a bulk amount of money .
First of all you should know that Ann thread and bounty campaign will not give better impact over the market to spread hype about the ICO . First of all you need to advertise your project at YouTube like platforms and then after the advertisement of one week , you should contact Youtubers and cryptourrency blogs to advertise your ICO project with the token value .
And after that you can create bounty campaign in this forum , because if you will have better hype in the market then in that case you will be able to get easily Bounty campaign participants easily .
In this way you can get better success to advertise your ICO project , otherwise if you will advertise directly without spend of money with the help of tokens then I don't think you can get better success to advertise .

Best way to promote ICO is to have a really good tech ready, it's most important. Good team and advisors are nice too, with such good basis YT and telegram influencers will spot your ICO and introduce it to general public

Promote ICOs on cryptocurrencies sites only, here you can find many potentional investos. There are many forums like bitcointalk, bitcoingarden, altcoinstalks or some local crypto forums. Or on cryptocompare sites, benchy sites and so on.
