In my own opinion, I think the best way to promote an ico is through the social media platforms as long as the have good marketing and has very good ideas. Through this means, you get enough investors and if it is well developed it may likely succeed.

I think making ANN posters not enough to promote Project ICO at this time. currently, there are many new Projects ICO besides creating ANN posters, and they make a bounty campaign to develop their projects, that's a good step in my opinion
