No, they will change their form.  Scam ICO's will be virtually eliminated with regulations.  This will leave more quality ICOs and more demand for the ICOs pushing the price up. after launch.  The key will be to stay away from ICO's with bad teams/bad concepts and bad token metrics.

Actually ICO has increase in numbers due to lack of regulation, but the sad thing is that most ICOs are scam.
Now, the government are already aware of that reality so they will regulate ICO and they will impose strict rules to be followed, so I think we will
have quality ICOs over quantity.
